I paid for an upgrade that i felt i did not receive. I originally paid for a superior suite with a plunge pool. I upgraded my room and i noticed no value or difference in the room. It was just a suite and a plunge pool. It was NOTHING like the video that described the upgrade I was supposed to get. I felt cheated, duped, stupid. Taken advantage of.

Hands down, one of the most incredible stays!

Canaves suites was truly unforgettable. The walk-in to our honeymoon suite left my jaw on the ground. What really made our experience special was the exceptional and refreshing service from the staff. They were kind, in the most authentic way. One of the staff even noticed I was cold and provided me with cozy blankets at dinner without me having to ask - it was such a thoughtful touch.

To be honest there are many places to stay in Santorini that have a great views, but the wonderful staff will keep me a canaves guest going forward.

My boyfriend and I stayed here September of 2024 and absolutely LOVED it. My expectations were high, but somehow the property **and even more so the staff** blew all expectations out of the water!! The pictures of this property, beautiful as they are, simply don’t do it justice. And the staff was nothing short of top notch - everyone was so kind, helpful, and friendly, and the front desk gave us so many great recommendations, arranged transportation, made sure we felt taken care of, and was just all around incredible on every level. We even received a complimentary upgrade from a jacuzzi room to a plunge pool room! I wish I could give this hotel and the staff more stars!!

This was a true Oasis. The staff caters to you and is extremely friendly. It’s genuine. The room we had, had an infinity pool we hardly left the room.The food was excellent. No matter what we ate is was good. We will be coming here again.

Giota! The front desk/Concierge Manager was extraordinary! Best I’ve ever Expierences in anticipating your every need!

The hotel has an elevator- all these hotels have very steep stairs with few offering an elevator , this one did!

The place is in a perfect location with a great Resteraunt and Sister Resteraunt’s at another hotel nearby - Very expensive for their best suite but once you pay for accommodations very fair pricing on all else. Excellent room service food!
