Good hotel for the money. The staff needs a little more training in customer service. The front desk girl when I checked in was horrible, restaurant waiters when I was there for breakfast every day had not customers service at all, they just clean tables.
Sent a note to the General Manager about my check in, he never answered.

Todo fue excelente, sobretodo del botones Juan Diego. El inconveniente que el ultimo piso no estaba disponible porque están haciendo remodelación y el sábado en la noche una fiesta de 15 anos, queríamos tomarnos un coctel y no fue posible. El resto de la estadía fue buena
Great location but my reservation for a mountain view was not included when we arrived.
It was amazing
Toilet wasn't well clean at arrival. Overpriced. Busy, also pool always full, rooftop place still under construction, sort of. Restaurant and cafe staff were very kind and attentive (the fact they needed to ask for a paper review probably implies they're under pressure from management).
Everything was good
I thought it was an amazing experience. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time there with my family. The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. Definitely coming back!
