BMP Residence

房間大，但比較舊，但床墊好，價格超平宜。泳池大，有跳板，水質很清又干淨，但會有其他外人進入共享泳池，另外房間水力不足，所以大家一定要撰擇住地下，水力比較強，行出古城只需20分鐘，BMP餐廳，食物便宜，食物水準高，值得一試。

Ok hotel til pengene med et godt pool område (dog meget sand på bunden af poolen og skarpe fliser).
Sengen kan mest beskrives som, at der var lagt et lagn over en masse fjedrer, hvilket blandt andet var årsagen til dårlig søvn og blå mærker. På badeværelset var der et utæt rør fra toilettet, hvilket betød at gulvet konstant var vådt. Endvidere lignede det, at der var mug på væggene.
Alt i alt et meget gammelt og beskidt værelse.
Dog et fint hotel, hvis man ikke har planer om at opholde sig for meget på sit værelse - desuden var deres mad god.

Adequate for the money. Close to the gates and restaurants and shopping. Nice pool

値段が値段だからバックパッカー向けホテルです。部屋は薄暗い。言わないとトイレットペーパーはくれない、部屋の掃除は滞在中はしないらしい。（頼べは良かったのかも？）プールはある。

Even thou this place is the cheapest hostel with a pool but the pool is unswimmable without goggles. I swam without goggles and my eyes were sore for a day.
Tourist information was actually a travel agency which quotes 1800B day trip to the golden triangle when other agencies on the walking dist. just ask for 800B.
The rooms are old fashioned and dirty (dusty n dead bugs on the bed). In my room (A7) the only window was opening towards the corridor the curtains must be closed or people can see right onto the bed. Also, consider the people coming back loud and drunk.
The people at lobby don’t speak a lot of English, but still able to communicate and friendly.
Well... in considering all this, I’ll probably not stay there again unless I really have to. I believe there are other hostels to choose from :)

We paid 9 pound for our room, it was clean, and did the job! The hotel looked really clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The pool makes up for the rooms

Nice place, has restaurant, long pool, live singer with great voice...the fan rooms are humid and may smell...ac rooms are better.
Stayed 2 weeks because of the pool and close to old city.

The hotel is difficult to find and difficult to find again as it is located between two streets, although on one of them they hanged many signs.
Most visitors are western and a lot of activities are organised for them. Swimming pool, restaurant, concerts, bar, quite lively in evening, very quiet at night because there is no traffic

Le service était horrible... notre douche ne fonctionnait pas, le lit faisait un vacarme épouvantable et la propreté était à désirer. Sollicitation agressive en début de séjour, prix non intéressant (activités) internet lag toujours.

Huone epäviihtyisä ja epäsiisti. Huonepalvelun saa vain pyytämällä. Muurahaiset vallanneet pesuhuoneen...
Heti ensimmäiseksi ilmastoinnin kaukosäätimestä patterit loppu ja tv:stä ei näy kuvaa. Nämä kyllä kävivät korjaamassa.
Henkilökunnan kielitaito puutteellista. Eräänä aamuna tulivat herättelemään n 8 aikaan. Luulin että kyseessä on huoneen siivous jota olin pyytänyt. Pyysin tulemaan uudestaan puolen tunnin kuluttua. Tulivat n 15 min päästä ja pyysivät poistumaan huoneesta. Sanoin että kohta tulen. Meni taas 5 min ja sanoivat huonolla englannilla seuraa. Ihmettelin mikä homma tämä nyt oikein on. Loppujenlopuksi saattoivat minut ulkona olegvaan autoon...siinä selvisi että kyse olisi jollekin maksulliselle retkelle lähdöstä jota en ollut tilannut. Erehtyivät siis henkilöstä. Vähän sellainen sähläys meininki joka asiassa. Varaustanikaan ei aluksi löytynyt. Uima-allas oli kohtuullisen hyvä (vesi tosin hieman likaista), ainut asia tässä hotellissa mikä oli ok. Muuten tulee kaikesta sanomista. Reppureissaajan vaatimaton hotelli! En menisi enää uudestaan. Muutaman euron lisäsijoutuksella pääsee aivan eri tason hotelliin.

I decided to stay here because There's the pool for my grandchildren to play. I booked 2 air condition for 2 nights when I arrived, very shock for the room, looks old was dirty, dusty, have mosquitoes n' a little spiders in pillow . The worst ~ air-conditioned in my mom room it was broken.I tried to contact staff at the counter but nobody care
My mother & I decided to find a new accommodation. By throwing all the money already paid. That is what makes me feel bad for this trip.

a great place to relax ,large pool,a varity of food, value 'american' breakfast ,evening music popular song/ guitar ,friendly helpful staff. will organise tours, trekking etc ,buses
great location ,close to a varity of shops, markets & 5 minutes walk to the centre of Chiang mai
a varity of rooms ,make sure you book one with an outside window as there are a few internal ones with no outside window ,old beds & smell 'damp'

Terrible hotel, what you get has nothing to do with what is on the pictures. The staff is very rude, not willing to help you with anything. You can also be forced to move to another hostel, without any notice. The rooms are dirty, and old, and so is the bathroom.
