住宿停車場的欄杆有寫住宿的可以跟櫃檯領取代幣做使用
不過當天到現場 櫃檯並沒有給我們停車場所需的代幣 所以只要進出停車場 都需要下車 去隔壁棟的櫃檯請人員開柵欄
當天晚上6點左右 我們有出門到附近買東西 回來的時候一樣 要去櫃檯請服務人員開門 這時左邊跑來一位穿制服的工作人員跟我們說 現在沒有位置喔 沒辦法停。 我和我老婆 聽到傻眼 （因為 我們下午有停過一次。裡面快20個車位 現場不到5台車在停 結果他說沒有位置。 我老婆還是一樣 跑去隔壁櫃檯詢問 這才幫我們開柵欄） 到了地下停車場 還是一樣啊… 加我一台車 一樣不到5台….
再來。 浴室的水是哪裡有問題== 忽冷忽熱欸 房間裡 一張桌子也沒有 我們只能搬衣櫃的置物桌來做使用。還有冷氣很熱 調過了 也還是一樣 還有 一晚4800的房間 裡面竟然沒有一罐礦泉水 雖說走廊有 可以自己去裝 可是 房間給的熱水壺 上面都是灰餒！

Miss chance to use hot spring due to cleaning. Make cleaning in much shorter time should be helpful for hot spring hotel.
