L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Amsterdam. Personale gentile e disponibile. La camera è molto piccola e con una piccola finestra alta. Però per due notti và benissimo

Laccueil , la gentillesse du personel qui a accepter de donner acces tot a la chambre .

Cons:

Le confort , chambre trop petite , trop bruyant , non conforme au photo . Pour le prix 230 euros la nuit cela est abusif

Attendez vous à voir du personnel au ralenti qui sont constamment sur leur téléphone. C’est pas très bien insonorisé on

C’est moderne et on peut régler la température. L’emplacement est bien

Cons:

La télévision n’a que des chaînes en néerlandais. Impossible de regarder autre chose dans une autre langue donc inutile. J’ai demandé à connecter la télé au wifi car elle n’avait pas de signal et ils n’ont rien pu faire. Le monsieur a la réception ne savait pas quoi ni comment faire me laissant sans solution !

The room was spotless every single day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
