Nice room, liked that it had a fridge
The wet room did obviously get everything wet on the floor
Good location for sightseeing.

Comfortable beds with very large pillows.
There is street noise, which we were aware of at booking. Ear plugs were left in the room to use.
Coffee pods and tea bags need to be replenished daily.
The location is pretty ok.
The staff’s behavior needs improvement. When we arrived, the receptionist was quite rude and almost questioned why we were there. After we explained, he informed us that the room would be ready at 3:00 PM.
When we returned, despite having booked a deluxe room, we were given one with a very small window that did not match the pictures. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I asked the receptionist to change the room; at first, he was reluctant, but after coming to inspect it himself, he eventually agreed.
Additionally, the bathroom light and ventilation system are automatic and turn off after a short period of inactivity. This can be disturbing, especially if you are a light sleeper, as it may not be the most comfortable environment.

Everything was perfect.
J’ai payé pour une chambre double deluxe vue sur jardin, on s’est retrouvé avec la plus petite chambre vue sur la route. Très mal insonorisé. Les photos ne correspondent pas aux chambres. Ils ont refusé de nous changer de chambre malgré le prix payé.
Everything is walking distance, super clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.
The room (26) was very clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. However, the floor was noticeably uneven, so the bed was slightly slanted as well. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, cleanliness was great, but the uneven floor did affect the comfort of the stay.

Staff were friendly and polite but not intrusive. Staff decorated room for my daughters 18th birthday. The hotel was so well placed for everything and felt safe with the 24-hour reception. The rooms were spotless and had immaculate decor. The bed was super comfy. Room and water were warm. Considering how central we were, the rooms were not noisy, and we only noticed the rare emergency siren.

O quarto era limpo e a cama confortável.
O acesso aos quartos é por escada, o que pode dificultar, não foi o meu caso, pois fiquei no primeiro andar.
E o banheiro não tem box fechado, e a parte externa fica bem molhada, mas eles limpam o quarto todos os dias e trocam os tapetes, isso já ajuda bastante.

La cama era muy cómoda y grande, habitación muy espaciosa, la ubicación bien, algo alejado de la estación central pero cerca de varios puntos de interés
La ventana no era para nada insonorizada, se oía todo lo de la calle..
