The location
This property was not a hotel, but a basic room entirely lacking in standard amenities. I am devastated by the quality of this stay, especially having paid over £600.
The room was incredibly small, and there was no lift access. To make matters worse, there were no typical hotel facilities, just a front desk. Simple expectations were not met: there wasn't even enough milk for one person for two days—let alone two people—and the cups provided did not even fit under the coffee machine.
I have never felt as deflated by a hotel stay as I did here, and I certainly would not stay again. Given the experience, the cost was completely unjustifiable.

The bathroom was smelling and that smell spread all over the room.

Proprio a due passi dal mercato dei fiori e da Rembrandtplein, inoltre in 10 minuti si raggiunge facilmente anche piazza Dam e la zona di Jordan; comodo anche per raggiungere a piedi anche la zona dei musei.
Vicinissimo alla metro 52, che collega a Zuid stazione dove prendere il trenino per l’aeroporto.
Super comodo!
Per il resto, personale accogliente e struttura molto basica. Da apprezzare la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito.
Stanza e bagno piccoli e finestra alta e piccola, che non permetteva di vedere fuori né di aprirla.
Scale strette e assenza ascensore.
Si avverte la mancanza di un frigorifero per le bibite e in bagno alcuni prodotti per l’igiene (presente solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo e saponetta).

The location is pretty ok.
The staff’s behavior needs improvement. When we arrived, the receptionist was quite rude and almost questioned why we were there. After we explained, he informed us that the room would be ready at 3:00 PM.
When we returned, despite having booked a deluxe room, we were given one with a very small window that did not match the pictures. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I asked the receptionist to change the room; at first, he was reluctant, but after coming to inspect it himself, he eventually agreed.
Additionally, the bathroom light and ventilation system are automatic and turn off after a short period of inactivity. This can be disturbing, especially if you are a light sleeper, as it may not be the most comfortable environment.
