Pros:

The hotel is really nice for a stay in central Amsterdam. Its location is about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center and also 6-7 minutes from a station of metro line 52 that can take you anywhere. However, in a cold weather or for people who have trouble walking, the location can be a bit far from the train station. The stuff were kind and helpful with everything we needed. We had room 30 which I think is the largest in the hotel which was great and comfortable. However the room is located on the 3rd floor which required a pretty difficult climb every day. The stairs are many and small, so it is difficult to climb and not fits for older people. Overall a great experience with the hotel and we are very happy for what we got

Cons:

It was a bit strange that after the first day, we were provided with only one large towel every time the hostel stuff cleaned our room. Also we had to ask for more soap and shampoo ourselves and it wasn't provided by the cleaning team.

I booked an extra night at the hotel so I could get in to the room early, the hotel used me not checking in on the first day as a reason to give my room away... they are legally supposed to hold the rooms until noon before doing this but they did it anyway without so much as trying to even reach out to me... I had to figure it out while standing at the front desk that they were now fully booked including my room. it then cost me 500 Eur to book 1 night elsewhere

très satisfait et je recommande.
Pros:

très belle chambre, calme avec tout le confort nécessaire. Bien situé au centre ville. Possibilité de déjeuner dans le bar/café juste à coté de l'hôtel. Je recommande.
