Tesisin konumu iyiydi, oda temizdi.
Asansör yoktu ve 3. Katta Odaya ulaşım valizlerle zordu. Odada kabul edilemeyecek kadar çok ve alçak ahşap taşıyıcı kiriş vardı, herhangi bir önlem alınmamıştı ve defalarca başımızı çarptık. Odada 2 kişi kalıyorduk, oda kartı tekti, resepsiyonda kart kalmamış diye ayrı saatlerde giremedik.

Staff were very good, very helpful. We saw 3 different people during our stay and they were all very friendly. Advising where and how to use the tram. Let us store our bags on arrival and departure. There's a nice cafe next door for breakfast.
Couldn't get tv remote to work , guy helped us but then we couldn't change channels and there were no English speaking channels or you tube.

Que la habitación no tenía vistas, tenía una ventana alta que no se abría y no podías ver el exterior. Estabas en la planta a pie de calle pero la sensación era como si estuvieras en un sótano.

Particularly room 14 is spacious and has an excellent view. The central location is very conventient. The friendly and helpful staff is a great plus point for Dream Hotel.
The shower messes a lot of water.
The rooms are very clean and possibly there can be clearer communication on the times by which rooms will be cleaned should one need to return to the hotel during the day for whatever reason. In future we will also ask about this should we know we will make an early afternoon return.
They may have applied too much perfume in the room for some reason. The perfume made the room smell very sticky. The window cover doesn't cover the whole window, which wouldn't block the light in the morning.

- despite reserving a taxi to the airport at the front desk >24 hours in advance AND going back to the desk 12H before to make sure it was confirmed, the front desk did not in fact confirm the taxi for us, as we found out on the morning of the flight. So we ended up having to organize our own transport to the airport, which increased our stress on the last day of travel.

No tiene ascensor, escalera angosta, pieza muy pequeña, no había espacio en un lado de la cama , había que pasar por arriba, la ducha mojaba el resto del baño que era muy pequeño
Staff were apologetic about the size of our room as it was the last available, but due to the length of our stay, they changed us to a larger room on the second night that was much more accommodating for our needs.
We were initially placed in a very small room that would not have been suitable for the 3 nights we stayed, but on the second night, we were changed to a much bigger room.
