Loved my stay; thank you!
Pros:

The hotel is a bit off the main street and in a lovely green, lush area. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are lovely and so helpful. I would highly recommend this place. The restaurant was also very good. Thank you, Casa Mia!

Splendiferously fabulous
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely professional. We had a birthday for my fiancé and the food was great. This is the first hotel where I did not have to fight with the steak. The steak tornadoes is a must if you stay at this hotel. It is the best hotel in Malawi, and I have stayed in hotels all over the world. The beds are also comfortable. When I stay at other hotels the next day my back is painful (82nd Airborne Division) from my parachute injury. But here I am fine.

Most pleasant stay, brilliant lunch and dinner at the restaurant
Pros:

Very good location, breakfast okay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The restaurant meals are great for lunch and dinner, the deserts absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

Breakfast could have a better variety.

A special choice
Pros:

The hotel is well organised with spacious and sunny rooms, clean and well equipped with all the first hand amenities. Staff is kind, smiling and truly helpful to any claim made and the breakfast is exceptional (chowing from a rich menu). The facility owns a great restaurant (one of the best in the city) with dishes of high quality (I loved the lasagna alla bolognese) and offers money exchange service. Lastly, there is a power generator to tackle with power cuts, which is so important.

Cons:

The location seems as the hotel is out of town (which is not) due to the bad condition of the road (not paved) and the lack of night lights.

over all a very good place to stay and live, enjoyed my every single stay.
Pros:

Good Location
Very Close to the Indian Restaurant
In-House Restaurant is a bonus
good party place if you like
staff very friendly
Pool is the best thing.

Cons:

Nothing as such except couple of things:
No Indian Food
No go Zone for Vegetarian people especially Indian if you are someone who just likes to eat the same hotel where they staying
