Nothing to report. This place should be treasured by the gay community and any negatives should not over shadow its contribution to chiang mais LGBT scene
The room was large and full of character. Air con worked well. Comfy four-poster bed (although a bit short for me at 188cm).
The building has zero soundproofing - you can hear absolutely everything. It’s quite far from the main area you want to spend time. I hoped there would be a bit of a gay community feel about the property - but there wasn’t interaction between any guests.

I find it very serious that the photos presented by the property do not match the room we received. Legally, this is fraud. Fortunately, the staff is friendly and the sauna is nice. The room is really ugly and has a bad smell, especially in the bathroom.

A cama do dormitório é horrivel, os banheiros não são bons, o quarto é mofado e não tem ventilação. A toalha qu eles dão para uso é minuscula, como uma tolha para rosto ou sauna. Eu reservei 2 dias e não aguentei ficar mais que uma noite. O espaço da sauna e piscina tbm é ruim.
Inclusiveness
Right along the river, I had a very peaceful and comfortable 3 night stay. The club is also great, lots of people come during the weekends. It is about 10 mins from the old town and main commercial places (that I wanted to visit). The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable! (nice patio area looking at the river too)

- They help to replace new towel.
- The bunk bed not fully cover by curtain. If the bunk bed in middle not even have any curtain. 😏
- Big mirror beside my bed so I got a good view.
- Location was really really far and nothing during the night even can’t really find food.
- The toilet door can’t close (not sure it is intention) 😏
- The light is not bright (not sure it is intention) 😏
- The room electricity required to insert card so when the person that card inserted need to leave then the room electricity will cut off until next person insert the card.
The location next to the river is nice.
I think we just had bad luck and probably got the worst room of the guesthouse. No river view and it felt as if we were sleeping in a basement. The room and furniture definitely need maintenance. We heard the neighbours upstairs walking around on the wooden floor, and because our room was next to the entrance, we heard all the time people walking in and out and talking in the hallway. Probably all kind of stuff that the other guest didn't experience. Tip for the resort: just don't rent out this room anymore.
