Man darf kein neues 5*Radisson Hotel oder ähnliches erwarten aber das zahlt man ja auch nicht. Man darf ein älteres hochwertig gebautes Haus erwarten, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann und in dem man sorglosen, verwöhnten Urlaub verbringen darf. Das Essen am Buffet war gut und frisch, von morgens 4 Uhr bis abends 22 Uhr kann man fast rund um die Uhr essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Der Pool gigantisch groß, daher immer genug Platz und sehr toll. Die Animation unaufdringlich. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Weg durch eine Palmenallee und auch der Strand ist toll.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war ein wenig schleppend aber vor Ort hilft man jederzeit weiter. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, egal wen man antrifft.

We‏ chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We had requested room decorations to mark the occasion, which were confirmed but never provided. More significantly, the air conditioning was a major issue. The room was uncomfortably hot, a serious concern as we were traveling with our baby. We were told that the air conditioning system is only operational from June to September, a policy that is frankly unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
