Pros:

Nos cancelaron la reserva el mismo día de esta, justo cuando nos dirigíamos ya al hotel, se inventaron una excusa echándole toda la responsabilidad a la plataforma a pesar que otras personas que conozco si lograron quedarse en el hotel y les respetaron la reserva que hicieron a través de booking, si quieren tener problemas y quedarse sin hospedaje el día que llegan a Cali este es su Hotel!
