El hotel está bien ubicado y de acceso fácil con parqueadero disponible. Con su arquitetura colonial y su patio el entorno es muy agradable. Los cuartos son funcionales y bien equipados. El hotel se encuentra próximo a la plaza mayor y de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El personal es amable y serviable. Muy recomendable para visitar Popayán.
