Atmosphere, service, very nice Agnieszka i Hania coralfamily animal
We had a lovely stay at the holiday village. Our room was very clean with lots of space to accommodate our family of 4. There is a nice family feel to the hotel where the staff all work very hard to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. The reception staff are very friendly and always there to help with any problems. There are 2 pools and also a waterpark which my children really enjoyed. The pool bar served hot snacks (chips, pizza), sandwiches and ice cream everyday. The lady at the pool bar is lovely and always has a smile. The all inclusive restaurant had a good selection of food so everyone always found something they liked. The animation team work very hard and always try to help you enjoy your holiday as much as possible. Special mention to Christian who always made us laugh and kept us well entertained. He wants everyone to have a fantastic holiday and it really shows. There is an à la carte bar run by a lovely lady called Eva who makes amazing cocktails. She is very warm and friendly and makes everyone feel like a friend.
The location is a 20 min bus ride from Rhodes town/Old town or 10 mins if you go by taxi.
On arrival the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is in some need of modernisation but the setting is beautiful the trees and flowers are very pretty and the pool is great.. fairly deep all round. Our room was basic and we chose superior family room. Cleaners only come occasionally or if you put the sign on your door but that didn't bother us. No shower curtain or door.
The bus outside is cheaper if you get the tickets from the shop on site. Can be busy but worth a trip to Rhodes old town.
It is good walking distance from either Keremasti or Lalysos we usually went in the evening rather than stay for entertainment, but we like a walk. Plenty of coffee shops which sell lots of pastries. About 10 euros to Lalysos in taxi. Some ships and bars. Nirvana sports bar is delicious.
The animation staff were brilliant. Very friendly and chatty always trying to encourage people to join in..
The breakfast was good always plenty of cereal and fresh omelette, bacon, egg etc. The children loved the snack bar, the fresh pizzas and chips. Ice-cream served from 2pm here. Evening food not as much choice as other holidays but always something to eat unless you are very fussy. We ate out a couple of times.
Limited drinks on all inclusive otherwise you have to pay..
We had our transfer at 4pm but they remove wrist bands from 11 am so then you are not meant to use bar or snack bar. Luckily our children stayed round pool so theirs were not cut off and they got us drinks otherwise would have had to pay. This seems very dated.
Could do with more staff as bar at night was very busy with long queues. Staff always pleasant though.
Lots of stray cats and kittens.
Snack bar staff really friendly, and she got to remember what i was going to ask for before I got to the front of the queue, which was great service. Entertainment staff always tried to get guests involved, but, as I went at start of season it seemed difficult to get many interested at some points, especially around evening activities. Special mention to Heini and Olivia though, who, once they have seen you a few times will always stop for a chat.
I am really fussy with what food I like, but I always found something to eat. Some of the desserts, especially, were a bit too similar from one night to the next, but as an all exclusive booking, I can't complain too much about that.
Although there is free Wi-Fi around the site, a couple of nights connection dropped out in the room, but as we were only in there to sleep at that point, it didn't matter too much.
The swimming pools, although spacious, and plenty of room to swim at the time I went are pretty deep, even at the shallowest point. The pool by the restaurant goes from 1.5m to 3m (5ft 10ft deep) and doesn't always have a lifeguard
The main pool by the snack bar is from 1.5m to (if I recall correctly) 2.8m. probably three times the size as the restaurant pool, but does have a lifeguard. There is a small kiddies only pool which is less than a metre deep, and another pool which is 1.1 metres at the deepest, but a gradual depth increase.
The water park that is available on site is the same depth all the way round of about 4.5ft.
Around the pool area I would say there is a lack of parasols, with only a small section including them, so you may be stuck in the direct sun for most of the day, depending on why you sit.
Lovely family holiday at the resort with lots of happy memories made! Children loved the lazy river and playing in the big pool. The entertainment team are lovely and genuinely want you to enjoy your holiday… polite, friendly and always smiling. A special thanks to Christian in animation team who is always joking and making the guests laugh with his upbeat personality and genuine interest in the guests enjoyment. The ladies at the pool bar are also lovely. The restaurant has different options to satisfy the many nationalities visiting the hotel and you can always find something you like to eat. The cocktail bar is nice to end your evening with the lovely Evie serving with a smile. Bus stop to Rhodes town right outside hotel and easy to explore. No complaints, a lovely holiday spent with people I love with smiles and laughter a plenty.
Location from airport 10 mins away, bus to old town takes 20/25 mins (buses come every 10/15 mins, theres a qr code to scan for times at bus stop right outside hotel).
Food - average at times, lunch was always better than dinner for some reason. The pool snacks become a bit repetitive and maybe could do with alternating every two weeks as they seem most popular.
Special thanks to Iva (thank you for showing the football!!!), Christian and Stratos for providing excellent service throughout our stay!!
Családoknak nagyon jó, több medencèvel gyerekeknek csúszdás is van , egésznapos enni innivalò, minibár külön snack bár, egèsznap tudnak csipegetni a gyermekek. Kisbolt ,autóbèrlèsi lehetőség ès a busz megállója is közvetlenül a Szálloda előtt található. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a recepción is nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenki !
Hogy a gyerekeknek a játék termben az összes játék fizetős nincs olyan játék amivel ingyen tudnának kedvükre játszani
had an amazing time here , olivia and hannah were great when talking to as and showing us what activities are available!!
Hannah. And heindi Olivia great part of the entertainment team! They make the hotel super also very friendly amazing with our little boy. Reception very rude not helpful at all this hotel is let down by the resection staff.
Where to start…..
So we arrived nice and early (after whizzing through the airport and hotel only 10 mins away) so just after 9pm. only to be faced with a queue of 10 families waiting to be checked in by one member of staff, first thoughts were very geared up for Eastern European clientele, signage and food etc. people dressed in very casual sports clothing at night carrying drinks to and from their rooms as nothing going on around hotel. By the time we were checked in and reached our room (stale sandwiches handed to us at check in cheese and ham, I’m veggie)it was around 10.30. Quick freshen up and down to the bar to be met with a big queue round a tiny bar and one person serving. Another barman then came round the queue and said oh bar is closed now. So went for a walk on the very busy dark main road, nothing around so headed back and went to the ‘à la carte’ bar to watch some football and purchase drinks which were nice. So completely zero from the all inclusive first night! Next day pool was carnage lots of large families with kids everywhere and very busy. Grounds of hotel were nice and pool looked nice. Always managed to get a sun lounger. Snack bar opened at 10am with pizza chips and sandwiches every single day no variation, which was probably because the breakfast was so bad so guests just ate there. 1 small bar drinks were flat, extremely cheap and sweet and smelt weird. Occasionally did have pancakes and omelettes.
Don’t expect to have a nice meal experience at the all inclusive breakfast lunch and evening, its canteen style plastic tables and chairs inside and outside around the pool, food was poor quality, people queued in a line from restaurant opening waiting to get a plate and follow in a line to the salad then the hot food instead of just grabbing a plate and wondering around so took forever. No hot drinks at the evening meal, have to get your own cutlery napkins and sachets of salt and pepper. Restaurant manager never acknowledged guests just stood with hands on hips, woman clearing tables stood chewing and popping gum. None of them smiled or spoke.
Poolside was clean and pool was clean but beyond that there was litter and cigarette butts on the grass and abandoned towels for days on end.
The front pool was a waste of time as didn’t have any sun loungers and the only bar open was a good walk away at the other pool. Not enough tables and chairs to relax on in the evening only maybe 8 and only other place to sit was outside the restaurant on the plastic tables and chairs but they didn’t turn the lights on so when restaurant locked up and turned their lights off you were left sitting in the dark. We ate out a lot.
Lady behind the main bar was rude and left you waiting until she had finished her conversation and then even though I ordered the same drinks every day she still made me repeat it twice.
Drinks were ok in the “à la carte” bar but were paid for but furniture was old and dirty and we got bit many times.
Entertainment team girls were very lovely and did their best, we weren’t there for kids club or water polo so didn’t participate and Christian the head of entertainment thought he was being hilarious saying oh yes you’re English and lazy and just want beer!
Cleaning staff were fab and cleaned our room very well and provided fresh towels.
Only 2 chairs on the tiny balcony so third person had to stand
Location is too far out from anywhere, beach was 15-20 minute walk across the busy main road and then down scruffy dirt tracks. Beach was shingle with nothing to sit on. Bus was handy right outside and 15 minutes to Rhodes town which is a must visit. We walked to the nearest strip twice at Lalysos and ate in Kostas Greek taverna and cavo Tango. We also ate across the road at Rosemary which was fabulous.
We visited Rhonda in Rhodes town which was also amazing.
All in all poor standard and lots of unfriendly staff and being run on a shoe string which spoilt it
Wouldn’t return
Lovely hotel, could do with some updating in the rooms but had everything we needed, aircon works well, lovely size balcony, food was nice and variety, entertainment team were brilliant! Lots of activities for the kids and getting the adults involved too, very polite and friendly staff! Hats off to Olivia, Helini and main entertainment man and all the team who were great fun and made us feel welcome and talkative! Would deffo return again!
Small pool area. Food was fine. Not much entertainment. Be careful of the slippery floors near the pool area.
My girlfriend and I went for a weeks trip to beautiful Rhodes and stayed here all inclusive.
The biggest positive about this place is the staff - Iva at the A La Carte bar was super friendly and made us feel so welcome at the bar, and the space was perfect for watching the football later on at night. She also had great recommendations for things to do in the area!
Cristian from the Animation team was also really friendly and would always stop for a catch up each day and made us feel really welcome. He helped me with my Rusty basic Italian and was full of energy for all guests. My girlfriend enjoyed the water aerobics and we both enjoyed the Zumba.
The rest of the bar/hotel/animation staff were all really great and are a credit to the place.
The room itself was OK - we were in a superior twin room, and the balcony was a good place to relax during the day. The bed was comfortable and the wardrobes were spacious enough for two of us; the TV only had Greek channels though and the shower sprayed in all directions. The handle of the front door came off when we first got there but that was the only major issue!
The all inclusive offerings weren’t great - the beer at the pool bar is mostly foam and served in small paper cups. The cocktails didn’t taste very strong and there were three different offerings. Larger servings of drinks would’ve been ideal as the queues can sometimes build up and we would end up going to the bar several times - in the end we just ended up buying our drink from the mini market outside instead.
The food went from being good on our first night when we just arrived to feeling quite repetitive and bland. We ended up going out for food for the last couple of nights as we really didn’t fancy the same food over again. All in all the all inclusive element of the hotel felt quite disappointing.
The location is only good for proximity to the airport, and not ideal if you are planning to visit Rhodes frequently. The buses were cheap and direct but unreliable and sometimes cramped. The only things worthwhile that we visited in the vicinity was a Chinese restaurant and a market within a 10 min walk.
In short - you get what you pay for with this hotel. The staff really are the biggest positive from our stay, but the all inclusive and the location really let it down. Rhodes is a lovely place and if we were to visit again then we would stay closer to the old town.
We had an amazing holiday and made so many wonderful memories. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and as a family with children of different ages, there was truly something for everyone to enjoy.
The daytime activities brought lots of smiles and laughter, especially thanks to Christian, whose Michael Jackson dance moves were a huge hit. The playful interactions between Christian and his team made the holiday extra special. They were all friendly, welcoming, and great fun to be around. They were always happy to recommend excursions, share their own experiences, and make every part of our stay even more enjoyable.
My daughter, who has ASD, was warmly welcomed at the kids’ club and absolutely adored all of the staff. Their kindness and inclusivity meant so much to our family.
A special mention must go to Eva at the bar, who was absolutely amazing. Her warm, friendly approach made everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Eva even joined in our celebrations for England’s win, dressing up and adding to the fun atmosphere. Her cocktails and drinks were fantastic, and her enthusiasm, personality, and excellent service made every visit to the bar enjoyable. She is a real credit to the hotel and helped create some wonderful memories for us.
The food was quite repetitive at times and there is room for improvement in that area. However, the restaurant staff were always lovely, attentive, and welcoming.
The entertainment program was excellent, especially the animators Hania, together with her Polish colleague, and Olivia, who enthusiastically encouraged everyone to take part in a wide range of activities from morning until evening. No one was left out – young children, teenagers, and adults all had a great variety of activities to enjoy.
The resort is fantastic, with three swimming pools, including a large, beautiful pool surrounded by lush greenery, as well as a water park with exciting slides.
The food is good, with a wide selection of dishes, and there is always easy access to children's favorites such as pizza and fries at the snack bar by the main pool, along with drinks.
The resort is spacious, with many bungalows and larger buildings, so everyone can find accommodation that suits their preferences. Charming pathways lined with flowers, palm trees, and beautiful greenery create a wonderful atmosphere.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and any issues are resolved immediately by the helpful reception staff.
We had a great stay here, the animation team was amazing and so kind!!
The location wasn't ideal if you plan on going out frequently, especially to the Old Town. Taxi fares were quite expensive, costing around €35 one way for a 7-seater or approximately €22–25 for a standard taxi.
That said, I have to give a huge shoutout to Christian and Heini from the animation team. They genuinely made our holiday unforgettable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication were incredible from start to finish. Every single day they went above and beyond to keep guests entertained, laughing, and involved in the activities, all while wearing a smile and creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
Their passion for what they do really shines through, and they're a huge credit to the hotel.
Christian and Heini, thank you for making our stay so special—keep up the fantastic work because you're absolutely smashing it!
All the best,
Patrick, Kerry, Kerim, Lara, Amy and Mia ❤️
