Pros:

Excellent location, quiet and close to the centre. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Our very pleasant stay was negatively impacted by an extremely rude and aggressive staff member who abused our daughter for parking her bike near the walkway. Instead of simply asking our daughter to move her bike and pointing out the bike rack around the corner for next time, the staff member chose to launch into a full blown attack which included name calling and exaggerated claims. I do not know the name of this person but hope that she can be identified and be provided with some communication skills training.
The other staff were great.

Sehr nettes und komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal.Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr nett gestaltet, das Zimmer war schön und bequem, groß genug, spannend eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett! Das Personal SUPER freundlich! Immer freundliche Gesichter, man hat sogar eigens für uns die Infrarotkabine geheizt, nur weil wir am späteren Abend noch 20 min rein wollten... Prosecco zur Begrüßung - in der Lobby 1 Glas, dann noch 1 Flasche am Zimmer (den haben wir gar nicht getrunken, weil ...zuviel) & Schoki zum Abschied. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder wählen.

Pros:

We like that they provide free drinks at the lobby for guests. When we get into our room, we found that they also put a bottle of champagne for free to us. First time to have this service for hotel stays. We can have a relax drink before sleep.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and stylish decorated. We like the design.
Location is convenient. It's about 10mins walk to the train station. There are restaurants and shops nearby.
