Eine Unterkunft mit eigener Note und Atmosphäre

Aussergewöhnlich gut!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück aussergewöhnlich gut. Es hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kommen wieder!

Relaxed and cozy stay after exploring the city
Pros:

It was central. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The parking on site was also safe and close to the entrance. Although we didn't make use of the garden area because we ran out of time, that also looked cozy. Maybe next time we will spend more time..

I was very pleased with my decision to stay at Nala and would definitely stay again, whether for work or leisure.
Pros:

I had a room with a view, and the terrace and gardening beautiful. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Great extras, such as the various business lounges and honesty bar.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations
Pros:

It is genuinely rare to walk into a hotel and immediately feel like a guest rather than a booking reference. This one manages it from the first second. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and were gonna ask if we could leave the car in the parking lot, but we were told the room was already ready and that we could check in early.
We were offered tea or champagne - a small gesture, but one that sets a tone. Shortly after settling into our room, a bottle of champagne arrived at the door. All of those small details create a sensation of real hospitality that many accommodations are missing now.
We traveled with our dog, and the hotel had placed a large dog bed, food and water bowls in the room before we arrived. Nobody asked them to think about that level of detail - they just did. The hotel is really well thought out regarding the design of floors, interiors, and surrounding areas. It totally fits the idea of a boutique hotel. The terrace was lovely and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, with good quality blankets and pillows. The bathrobes and slippers were genuinely good quality, as were the toiletries - hand soap, body wash, and lotion all provided. And when we checked out, we were handed goodbye chocolates. Unfortunately, we didn't try breakfast.
Nala Hotel totally exceeded our expectations, and we are looking forward to coming here next time.

Cons:

There is genuinely nothing that felt worth mentioning, because everything was done so well that even the smaller imperfections stopped mattering. The only thing worth flagging is that some rooms have a glass bathroom door rather than a fully enclosed private bathroom - there is a curtain that can divide the space. If privacy between guests matters to you, ask for a room with a more enclosed bathroom.

Há outras excelentes opções na região que oferecem uma relação custo-benefício mais interessante. Durante minha hospedagem, notei que a área externa costumava ser frequentada por estudantes que permaneciam conversando, fumando e consumindo bebidas até mais tarde, por volta da meia-noite, o que pode representar algum incômodo para hóspedes mais sensíveis a ruídos no período noturno.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein Hotel zum Entspannen und Genießen!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind architektonisch sehr durchdacht und bieten eine ganz tolle, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist auch super - eine geniale Aussicht auf die Berge und ganz nah am Triumphbogen.
