Séjour très court mais particulièrement agréable
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la gentillesse et le sens de l’accueil du personnel, les chambres très confortables et décorées avec goût, le petit déjeuner gargantuesque…. Et j’en oublie !

Nice and modern hotel, all individual rooms, with quirky decor. Exclusive use of gardens for residents only.

Cons:

It seems the reception staff cannot identify which room has been booked on Booking.com, because they say they are all individual rooms. We were initially given a smaller room that clearly did not match the description, room size or photos of what we paid for it. They did put us in a correct room when brought to their attention, and said they would speak to Booking.com to try and resolve for future bookings.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und super ausgestattet. Für uns zwar nicht relevant, aber großartig, dass sogar an Barrierefreiheit gedacht wurde.
Das Personal war total freundlich und es gab sogar einen kleinen Willkommensdrink ;).
Die Terrasse hat uns ebenfalls zugesagt und bei schönem Wetter ist es sicher toll den Garten zu nutzen.
Von der Lage her kann man sich auch nicht beschweren. Nach etwa 10 - 15 Minuten erreicht man sowohl den Bahnhof als auch die Altstadt ohne Probleme.

Pros:

Originelles Hotel. Jedes Zimmer ist anders gestaltet. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick. Ein schöner, mit viel verschiedenen Details gestalteter Garten. Farbig und kunstvoll. Wir haben am Wochenende im Hotel übernachtet und konnten den tollen Brunch am Sonntagmorgen geniessen. Auch hier eine variantenreiche, liebevolle Gestaltung. Ein bisschen eng, um sich bedienen zu können, aber sehr originell.
Das Hotel ist urban und nicht weit weg von der schönen Altstadt Innsbrucks.
Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren.
