Pros:

Perfektes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig super zu erreichen. Sehr bemühtes und überaus freundliches Personal. Würde es wieder buchen, aufgrund der Lage zum Flughafen und Mount Nebo.

Cons:

Sauberkeit ist im ganzen Land ein kleines Manko. Auswahl bem Frühstück sehr begrenzt.

Good location but disappointing that the rooftop area was closed
Pros:

Great location in the centre if Madaba. Easy walk to main attractions and some very good restaurants,
Nice room and balcony with a view of the Mosque and church.

Cons:

The main reason we chose the hotel was its rooftop area. We were informed by email the day before we arrived that this was being renovated so was not open during our stay. This gave us no time to rebook.
There isn't a car park at the hotel - you have to find on street parking nearby which can be tricky during busy times.
The breakfast was very basic.

Great place to stay with a great staff ! Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! So helpful, kind and courteous! They helped arrange for a vehicle and driver to take us to Mt Nemo and then the next day to Petra and a couple days later to the airport. They provided discounts to local coffee shops and restaurants close by due to the top floor restaurant under renovation. Easy walk to local shops and museums. The city of Mosaics!

Cons:

The hotel was under new management and they were doing a lot of renovations to the restaurant and some rooms, but the restaurant was closed. It is a work in progress. Also the call to prayer from the local mosque felt like it was in your room.
