I liked that it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a large bed. They also provided great amenities: towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, bottled drinking water, and coffee.

The hotel is clean, the room is very clean, and the hotel staff are excellent.
The shower drain is partially blocked.
There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. You have to go down to the hotel lobby, and when you get there, there are no cups available.
The staff is welcoming, the hotel is clean and there's all the useful utilities, towels are clean.
My coffee machine didn't work but it didn't bother me and I never asked to fix it.
The room is wonderful and the location is in the heart of the old city of madaba, churches, mosques and restaurants are close.

pas eu de facture lors de mon départ, d'où problèmes avec mon comptable.
mobilier pas pratique pour travailler: table et chaise dépareillées en hauteur. quelques problèmes de serrure et d'eau résolus.
The check in with LUAY was exceptional . They gave us a lovely room and were kind throughout . Mark also from Egypt was only too willing to help us too. Exceptional stay . Thank you

Das Highlight war ohne Frage die wunderschön renovierte Dachterrasse.Sehr positiv haben wir empfunden, dass das Personal jederzeit versucht hat, Wünsche zu erfüllen und Mängel zu beheben. Ein charmantes Hotel, in dem wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Die Zimmer und vor allem Bäder sollten renoviert werden.
