La vue de la terrasse est magnifique avec en premier plan la mosquée. Il y a 2 terrasses avec une exposition différente. À proximité des sites a visiter et du quartier touristique. Chambre avec tout le confort necessaire. Personnel bienveillant.
Great location, clean, comfortable, well maintained, good value, wonderful staff
Our hot water was not consistent. The electronic door key was difficult to use and locked us out after too many tries. The staff was gracious and let us back in. I hope these issues can be addressed as otherwise our stay was excellent.
It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing rooftop bar. We only stayed there one night, but it was great.
Cold water in the shower.
The service was very polite and helpful. There is a wonderful rooftop bar with a view. The delightful bartender is happy to talk about local wines but also mixes excellent cocktails. The rooms feature clean linens and amenities such as a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. The localisation couldn't be better. I highly recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was a weak point and is in need of renovation; however, I know that some rooms have already been refurbished.

I liked that it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a large bed. They also provided great amenities: towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, bottled drinking water, and coffee.

The hotel is clean, the room is very clean, and the hotel staff are excellent.
The shower drain is partially blocked.
There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. You have to go down to the hotel lobby, and when you get there, there are no cups available.
The staff is welcoming, the hotel is clean and there's all the useful utilities, towels are clean.
My coffee machine didn't work but it didn't bother me and I never asked to fix it.
The room is wonderful and the location is in the heart of the old city of madaba, churches, mosques and restaurants are close.
