Front lobby walking area bit dirty. First impression to guest is very important. Other than that everything was very good. Room and bathroom was very clean. Felt comfortable. Breakfast was good.Would stay here again. Price was reasonable.
The suite we selected was great in that it provided a separate sleeping area and kitchenette. However, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on when reading or watching TV. The staff were friendly and helpful and we also appreciated having a room on the main floor near an entrance. During our stay, we drove to visit the famous West Edmonton Mall, three educational museums and the Edmonton Zoo, all located nearby. It was a most wonderful Canadian vacation.

We had an accessible room as our daughter was in a wheelchair. There was lots of room. Really liked the tabled that rolled so you sit on the sofa to eat.

The stay was good, we liked the room and breakfeast. Spoiled at checkin and check out when the pet rate kept going up until i said no more. Read your statements on check out. Extra charges added and pet rate was doubled.
The room was large and clean. Stayed 2 days in a king studio suit. I cant say enough about the staff, everyone we met was so nice, and helpful. We had a problem the first morning with kids playing in the hall very eary on the am

At check in we were told our stay wasn’t paid for on Expedia, despite having payment proof. Took 24 hours for it to get resolved after a battle with front desk and Expedia.
