Good location. Don’t expect superb service

Well located. Staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

1. Breakfast buffet was not ready at 7am when the buffet is supposed to start at 6:30am
2. Housekeeping did not clean out the dustbin in the room. Also, the towel I used was folded wet and left for me to use the next day.

1. I had called in advance and requested for a check-in around 2:30 pm, just 30 minutes before their standard check-in time of 3 pm. I was surprised that they made me wait till 3 pm. How insensitive can this be

2. While the booking was done using my credit card on the booking.com app, they insisted that I swipe my card again. Unfortunately my wife was still out shopping and she had my wallet. They would not process the reservation till I paid. Fortunately I had GPay which I used to make payments.

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out.
Pros:

The staff made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The front office staff dealing with check in were quite inefficient . I could not access my room with key cards which they gave .. after I came back down , they gave me another one ,could nt access again..for a 5 star hotel ,making a guest go up to the room twice without the right key card was not acceptable
