Worst ITC Experience
Pros:

The room itself was decent, and the housekeeping staff deserves credit for keeping it clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the food was a serious letdown. The breakfast spread was bland and of mediocre quality across the board. Room service was worse - on our first day, we ordered a couple of items to the room; the order was forgotten, and after we followed up, the wrong dish was sent. As a result, my family went hungry that evening due to sheer carelessness.

Escalating the matter to the General Manager achieved nothing - all we received was a templated “we value your feedback” response, with no ownership or resolution, and thoroughly incompetent handling.

Worst ITC experience. Will avoid staying here again.

Great for Family Holidays
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredible—nothing was ever too much trouble. Traveling with seven children can be challenging, but we felt completely at ease the entire time.
A special thank you to Murugan, who took exceptional care of our rooms and went above and beyond by arranging complimentary flowers and adorable towel decorations for my daughter’s birthday.
We’ll definitely be coming back again!.
