Staffs were incredibly helpful and displayed such great manners throughout my experience. A team that truly values good service and treats everyone with that level of respect and kindness. I appreciated their professionalism and friendly attitude.

Pros:

The management was really proactive and understanding, and came to meet me to see how they could help, including the GM. I was touched by the trouble they took. So the only thing that stands out for me is the GM and her team.

Cons:

The hotel was shabby - the public spaces (other than the lobby) were stained, scratched, shabby. My room was incredibly shabby. My sheets were stained, towels greyish in colour, toilet seat broken, no sanitary disposable bag available, no napkins at the bar... I left after 1 night.
