Staff is very warm and welcoming. Chef Dharmendra brewed excellent coffee as per personal request. Food is the highlight ✨Best food and service. Special thanks to Sunjoy at reception and Keshav from the Restaurant who made sure that all my requests during the 3 night stay were taken care. Welcome hotels by ITC is going to be 1st choice for Bangalore stays.

Breakfast menu quality is not the expecttions
Check out time was too long and they have not sent a invoice to me by email. Amount blocked in Credit card is much higher than room charges and not released even after four day.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast sprwad although limited was very good. Location on Magrath road is very central

Cons:

Nothing with the hotel itself. But next room guest was smoking and the cigarette smell came ti our room like someone smoke in the room itself. Also traffic in city centre is quite a headache. So be prepared to lose quite some time when going out.

A good stay
Pros:

I had a good time, albeit a short one due to the nature of my business trip. Seamless check in and check out experience. I had a rather late check-out but Kaini was warm and accomodating, and efficient, made the whole experience better. Room was great too with a nice view. Overall, a good stay.
