Pros:

Красивый отель, для 3х звезд просто отлично! Реальность оказалась даже лучше ожиданий :) Бассейн на крыше супер, вид шикарный, сауна могла бы быть по чище.

Pros:

Very friendly staff although not much English spoken. The hotel is new and very clean. The condition of surrounding properties somewhat spills the view a lttle but. There is a swimming pool on the roof

ВЫ приехали, и вас встретили как своих родных людей, спасибо, я хочу выразить благодарность всему персоналу, за время проживания не ощутил никаких неудобств, утром уезжал, но по возвращению, было видно, что в мое отсутствие позаботились , все прекрасно, спасибо, если еще буду в Адлере-обязательно остановлюсь у вас!

Полное несоответствие цене
Pros:

По приезду сразу потребовали подтверждение брони. Типа им сервис бронирования не дослал. Все проблемы на клиента.
В номере стул невозможно воткнуть между столом и кроватью! Как сидеть за столом вообще?! Неудобства колоссальные.
Звонки по Адлеру бесплатны, но только с ресепшена, из номера никак.
Вид из окна - на стену соседнего дома, которая почти впритык. Ниже 5 этажа если у вас номера на неправильной стороне - будете видеть из окна только эту самую стену.
Идешь по улочке в сторону пляжа - большая часть магазинов закрыта, дома сдаются, людей почти нет.
Душ вообще без двери и без шторки. Холодно мыться, знаете ли. Вдобавок пол заливает во всей ванной.
На заявленные в описании 25м2 номер не тянет, явно меньше.
Никакого шведского стола по состоянию на ноябрь уже нет! Завтрак выплевывают просто мизерный! Кашка и кусок невкусной шарлотки. Это всё! Да и того приходится ждать минут 10 пока принесут! Не ведитесь на завтрак включенный в стоимость, по сути его нет вообще!
Из плюсов. Есть кулерой с водой, но только на 1м этаже, у входа. Есть терраса с неплохим видом на частный сектор и пролетающие самолеты. Можно даже море разглядеть и горы. Бассейн не подогревается. Освещение в номере регулируемое. Хочешь тусклый свет, хочешь поярче.
При этом заплатил относительно других "3.5-звездочных" Адлера чуть ли не в 2 раза больше. В несезон можно найти вполне вменяемые цены, не то что здесь. Тут цены дикие! Не переплачивайте, оно того не стоит.

Далеко от моря.
Pros:

Отель в хорошем состоянии. Можно сказать новый. Но находится далеко от моря, но прогулка полезна, и нас это радовало. Не плохое обслуживание. Завтраки очень очень скромные, и однообразные. В номерах чисто, опрятно. Убирают регулярно. Не дорогое проживание. В целом остались довольны.
