Well located, enough space and offering a reasonable breakfast. Downsides: arrival and check is not a "warm welcome". The staff members were too flustered and focused on their process -- looking at the computer with a puzzled look on their faces -- trying to see if they really do have your booking.

ターペー門からすぐだがターペー通りからほんの少し曲がったところにあるため、静かでいい。スタッフは無愛想ではないが日本のサービス精神からするとドライな対応ではある。タイは一部屋の値段で複数人泊まれる所があるのでそのタイプがここには多く、1人でダブルベッドとセミダブルの置いてある部屋になり、無駄を感じた。内装は古さを感じるが素敵だ。灯りは暗め。オーナーが日本人という安心感はある。オーナーの娘さんの描いた絵が飾られていたり、飼い犬の「すもう」がいたり。カフェ併設でコンビニも近い。ナイトマーケット、市場、徒歩圏内。ニマンヘミン、空港、駅は各種乗り物を。

very worst. because manager was like angry and not kind. but staff was kindly and smile.

I had a terrible experience since I arrived untill I get out from there. The room and the bed linen was dirty. When I arrived they put me in a room that was smelling gross, like a musty terrible smell, that gave me a headache, when I opened the fridge, it was also smelly. I asked if it was possible to change my room because of the strong smell, they said if I wanted to change I would have to pay more, because they didn't have a room available with the same price, but they had others empty rooms there. As I didn't have the money to pay more, the girl at the reception wrote to me in Google translator (SHE COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH) that there was nothing she could do if I didn't pay. The room had no window, so I left the doors opened when I went out, trying to decrease the smell, but when I came back, someone had closed the doors. The TV didn't work properly. In the other day I had to do the check out, they have signs inside the room telling that the check out time is until 12:00. The same girl at the reception came to my room twice, before 12:00, really rude, annoying me and telling that I had to do check out (what I knew).

Excellent location.Room was a reasonable size and clean enough but there was a bad musty smell in the room. We think it was from the mosquito net.

今回1人で4泊の利用をさせて頂きました。
まず感じたのがチェックインの時や宿泊中も従業員の方の対応が良かったなと感じました。
自分は英語があまり得意ではないのですが、嫌な顔せず笑顔で対応して頂き安心感がありました。
部屋も清潔にされており1人で泊まるには十分な広さでありました。

立地に関しては一本入った所にあるもののコンビニが近くにあったりターペー門までも徒歩圏内である為遠出した際にトゥクトゥクなどにターペー門までと告げるだけでよく便利でした。

＜Good Point＞
・ターペー門通りではあるものの、小道を1分程入る為、騒音が無い。
・NHKが映る。

＜Not Good Point＞
・トイレとシャワールームが同一で仕切りもない為、シャワーを浴びたあとはトイレを使用しにくい。
・無料WI-FIはあるが、つながりにくい。
・エレベーターはない。

タイ正月ことソンクラーン時に滞在させていただきました。近くにマクドナルドやセブンイレブン、スターバックス、といったチェンマイ中心部に位置し、とても行動しやすいです。チェンマイ国際空港ことCNXからエアポートタクシーは150B、レッドトラックタクシーだと40Bの距離で近いです。オーナーが日本人という噂のせいか滞在者の9割が日本人ばかりで共有ラウンジには日本の雑誌やバックパッカー「地球も歩き方」等もあり、ツアーガイドのパンフレットもあります。日本人が初めてチェンマイに滞在する際にはこのホテルが1番だと思います。ホテルスタッフもとても親切で対応してくれます。

整体感觉还可以，只是蚊子太多，好像清迈都这样吧，房间好像不是每天都打扫，不是很满意。

Smalll room, wifi rarely worked. when I used the staff to book events like going to the Night Safri or others I was ovetcharged compared to what others paid.

A small guesthouse ticked away in a narrow laneway. The building is old but renovated. Rooms are large enough but dark inside and not well ventilated. Service is friendly and helpful. Good for a short stay for visitors to Chiangmai. Close to sightseeing, restaurants and shopping.

I happy to stay here, closer every where, this is the best I love it's.
