The place is beautiful and welcoming, my experience was unbeatable, I can recommend it as one of my best experiences, beautiful and cozy tranquility, Its service is very professional and careful, its employees are super attentive

This is my second time staying here. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. I absolutely love them. The only issue I had this time and it’s more with the way the payment system is run. So I payed them $10000 as I arrived for my three nights. The day we were leaving I had $76 in incidentals to pay. Their cc machine couldn’t connect with my bank so I said you have my card details just charge it when it’s back up. My taxi was outside waiting and I had a flight to catch, they refused to let me leave. Made me feel like they thought I would not pay them the measly $76. Eventually after about half an hour I guess they called the owner who sent me a link to pay online. I don’t blame the staff at all. However the owner needs to change to a better policy as this left a bad taste in my mouth. I still love the place, location, food and above all the staff though.

Amazingly beautiful and clean property. We stayed in the superior suite which was very nice. Understand luxury for the price. The staff was professional, courteous and caring. We could not have asked for more. This hotel does not disappoint!

I was pleasantly surprised! I did not have high expectations thinking it was just a bed & breakfast type of place which I usually don’t like. This turned out to be a slice of paradise. Everything was top notch! I will definitely stay again and again. Serene, gorgeous, decor amazing high quality, staff were very sweet. Food was delish. We have dinner one night and it was excellent.

I had a great stay. This hotel is super central but located down a quieter side street which is perfect, especially on the weekend. The staff is lovely and the arepas for breakfast each morning with homemade hot sauce and fresh squeezed fruit juice hit the spot.

Great property! Beautifully decorated and well kept. The hotel is very centric and everything you want to see is within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly, proactive and efficient. They will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This is a boutique hotel … small and convenient. If you like big chain hotels this is not for you. If you like small and quiet hotels with character and old world charm with excellent staff and a first class location then this is a great choice.

Simply amazing

Beautifully appointed property with 5-star service. The staff, Nairo, Nelson, Edwin, & Stefanie were absolutely wonderful and were so helpful during our first time in Cartagena. The Spanish Colonial home was the highlight of our trip and a great way to always start and end our day. The dining suggestions from the staff were superb.

Amazing stay. People did everything in their power to make my stay more comfortable, including an early check in and late check out. Edwin, the concierge, was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing beautiful clean property with the best stuff ever.

This is a boutique hotel in a great location in the old town of Cartagena. Hotel is new, in great condition, with a terrific staff. Only downside was while still in recovery from the pandemic, the restaurant and room service had limited hours. The complimentary breakfast was terrific.We look forward to being a future guest.

The hotel was perfect, location, service, cleanliness. Highly recommended. Very helpful with dinner reservations, calling cabs and pertinent information. The breakfasts were excellent.
