Been here several times. Very family friendly. Nice beach, wonderful activities for a child as well. The buffets are nice.

The only two problems we had was the internet and the door key other then that everything was perfect, i would visit this resort again ❤️

Amazing resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach, pools are awesome. Food is top notch. Turkish restaurant is very remarkable.

Rixos Alalamein is an amazing jewel on the mediterran sea. It is very secluded. Spent two nights off season so certain amenities were not open like the seasonal restaurants other then the main buffet style restaurant called Mediterranean. The private beach within a cover was gorgeous with crystal clear water better than the Maldives. The open sea beach was closed because it was off season although honestly the water was calm and swimmable so no reason to have it closed.
The best thing about this resort is the staff! At service and you feel welcomed by everyone.
The mediterran buffet style restaurant was the only one open and offered three meals a day plus snacks.
Breakfast was by far the best. Lunch and dinner were Okay but not super fancy. Drinks and juices served anywhere on the property.
Night entertainment was limited agin because of being off season but there was nightly performers and DJ.
Main pool was large, super clean and very relaxing.
Rooms were clean, tidy and had everything you need.
Only comment would be that some of the walls and paint seems outdated and in need of resurfacing and painting rather than patch up.
Overall a great experience, if you like crystal clear water and a place to seen out for a few days this is a highly recommend place. It about 3.5 hrs from Cairo.

The food was amazing the service and staff are very nice and helpful the rooms are generally good the gym is one of the best I have ever been to in any hotel very very well equipped now the beach is unbelievable with great water color and clean white sand overall the stay was great I will definitely be back

Beach and the water are excellent

Our concierge team were magnificent as they tended on all our needs from restaurants reservations to external excursions and checked on us regularly, even provided us special cooked options we were craving. They made us feel very welcomed. A terrific job.

We had a great time at Rixos. The staff were very helpful especially Eman, Sohayla, and the managers. The food options were great and it was easy to relax. The Turkish Hammam at the spa was also amazing I recommend it highly.

Excellent beach: sea water, sun, sand, people and staff. Extremally friendly staff, well maintained landscape, good food. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a memorable time at Rixos Alamein starting from the time we checked in, we were greeted and taking care of by Ms Sohailaa who was checking out on us every day to make sure that everything was perfect. The house keeping staff were above and beyond perfect. The team at the main dining room , Hossam, Ayman, Mahmoud and Islam were also above and beyond in their service . The food was phenomenal in each meal .We had a great time . Looking forward to come back . Thank you everyone at Rixos , you made our vacation so perfect. We highly recommend this hotel if you decide to come to the north coast, Egypt.
