Pros:

Nous avons pris une chambre avec accès piscine partagée et vue mer partielle.
La piscine était non chauffée, et sans ensoleillement, donc a 20°C. Nous n'en avons pas profité. De plus il y avait un vis-à-vis important avec la route.
La vue mer était inexistante.
La chambre était peu isolée phoniquement et donc nous entendions la boîte de nuit (mambo) juste a côté.
L'accès au SPA était payant, ce dont nous avions pas l'information.

Le restaurant principal était très bon. La chambre était jolie et confortable. Le personnel était réactif.

Globalement nous sommes déçus par rapport à l'annonce que nous avions vu et par rapport au prix que nous avons payé. Nous nous attendions a une meilleure prestation.

Great beach resort with restaurants and local shops on your doorstep. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Ideal if you don't intend to travel around, otherwise you'll need a car rental (plenty of free parking). Good quality room size. I'd stay here again.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, suite spacieuse, propre et bien équipé. Seul hic, l'accès en voiture pour les bagages. La rue est très pentu et pas vraiment possible de garer sa voiture. Sinon le buffet est délicieux, de 19h à 21h00. Les parasols à la plage coûtent 20€ les 2 pour la journée, c'est quand même très chère. Plusieurs tavernes et commerce accessible à pied. Que du bonheur.

We could check the marks for all basic amenities and features. The problem is the service. Throughout the hotel, smiles and welcome and warmth are optional. We were almost never said hello or smiled at. It looked more like a fonctional organization than an hotel. Restaurant staff for breakfast were particularly sterned-face. The restaurant itself looks like a cold clean company cafeteria. When I travel, I want service and smiles. There are thousands of identical beach hotels. We certainly won't return.

The Bali Star hotel and experience was absolutely first class, and in my opinion shouldn’t be a 3 star, but a 5 star hotel. Amazing stay!!

Nous avons séjourné dans 5 hôtels différents lors de notre séjour en Grèce, et Bali Star était notre dernier hôtel. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer, et nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir été surclassés dans la meilleure suite de l’établissement. Un énorme merci à Bali Star, nous avons pu terminer notre séjour en beauté. La suite était dotée : d’une sublime terrasse avec piscine privative vue sur mer et deux transats, une deuxième terrasse encore plus grande. Un salon ainsi qu’une suite parentale, deux douches ainsi que deux WC. Le personnel était souriant et agréable, plein d’activités étaient proposées sur place : des activités nautiques, une structure gonflable pour les enfants. Un parking gratuit est mis à disposition des clients. La propreté de l’établissement était irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner qualitatif et varié. Plusieurs restaurants sont accessibles à proximité, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l’hôtel Mambo. Bali Star offrait de meilleurs prestations qu’un 5 étoiles où nous avions eu l’occasion de séjourner à Athènes. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr, car nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour la suite, qui vaut largement son coût. Les enfants ont pu passer un séjour inoubliable.

Mon séjour c’est très bien passer le personnels au petit soin les locaux impeccable propre. les femmes de ménage adorable serviable propre au niveau de la nourriture une variété plus importante serait bien. Par contre beaucoup de famille donc beaucoup de poussette une rampe serait plus agréable plus facile que les escalier . Les serveurs au top

Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre moderne, spacieuse et propre!
Le gros plus était la piscine semi-privée (à partager avec 3 autres chambres). La vue sur mer était également très agréable !

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.
Das Personal war stets gut gelaunt, sympathisch und zuvorkommend.
Die Hotelanlage bot viele Möglichkeiten, war top gepflegt und wir haben jedes Mal direkt am Hotel einen Parkplatz gefunden. Insbesondere für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, ist das Hotel zentral und praktisch gelegen.
Auch im direkten Umfeld des Hotels gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und lecker.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut gut und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Friendly and stylish hotel close to the beach

We had a great time at the Bali Star. It is a smaller family run hotel and you really got the impression that the owners and staff actually cared about their guests. The rooms and facilities were well kept and very clean. The pool was a big hit with our kids and we could always find a spare lounger. The breakfast was decent and offered a considerable array of choices which varied slightly over our 8 night stay. The walk to the beach takes just a few minutes where there are a few restaurants and bars. Bali itself is not the most elegant of places from an aesthetic point of view, the the Bali Star was a little oasis of style (as is Club Mambo, ostensibly part of Bali Star - which is located right on the beach).
