Готель з традиціями. Давно мріяв тут зупинится, тому, що колись багато років тому, тут відпочивали мої батьки. Розташування на пагорбі, вид на Карлови Вари, 5 хвилин на фунікульорі до центру міста. Прекрасна, доглянута територія. Кімната була - так як на фото, всі відповідає дійсності. Сніданки, обіди - достатньо, різноманітно, місць у ресторані достатньо, один раз вечеряли теж - зауважень немає. Безліч лікувльних, водних процедр, спа, басейн сауна. В готелі виведена мінеральна вода, але рекомендую набирати з джерел у місті

Cons:

Непогано було б оновити приміщення басейну, ну і так десь по коридорах, кімнатах - підфарбуати, десь освіжити. Фунікульор - лише до 19.00, тому далі або пішки вгору або транспортом.

Snídaně i večeře vynikající, naprosto dostačující výběr, o víkendu sklenička prosecca k snídani byl krásný bonus. Obsluha jak na recepci, tak v restauraci, pokojské, u procedur - vždy bez výjimky milý a příjemný personál. To, že na maminku čekala na pokoji kytka a láhev Bohemia sekt bylo předem z mé strany objednáno, ale i tak děkuji. Nicméně to, že druhý den, kdy jsme měla narozeniny, přišel portýr a přinesl přání od hotelu a láhev vína, to bylo krásné. Nemám co vytknout.

Zu wenig Unterhaltung am Abend, nur 2 Lieder dann wieder Pause,
Die Betten im Zimmer für Paare nicht geeignet,
Zwei einzelne Betten die wegruschen und mann fällt durch
Wellnessbereich zu klein für so ein Hotel

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la magnificenza della struttura:imponente;ampi spazi;il parco.

Cons:

Qualità della colazione: molta varietà di cibo salato,uova,affettati ma molto meno nel cibo salato.
I succhi come succo d’arancia o di mela di bassa qualità o allungati con acqua.Una struttura simile dovrebbe avere succhi migliori.
Anche se il personale della funicolare per raggiungere l’hotel in collina non dipende dall’hotel ma dall’azienda di trasporto locale devo sottolineare di aver trovato signore molto fredde,poco gentili con i turisti,brusche che rasentano la maleducazione tranne una ragazza giovane;veramente poco disponibili le altre al contatto con il pubblico.
