То что номер был улучшенный, вкусная еда, внимательная девушка на рецепшн Габриелла и отзывчивая.

Imperial hält was es verspricht!
Pros:

Wir hatten tolle 4 Tage im Hotel. Frühstück, Sauna, Wellness, Tennis, Fitnessstudio alles sehr gut!

Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi pestrá a stále bylo co ochutnávat. Vše bylo čerstvé a chutné. Pokoj jsme měly čistý s pěkným výhledem. Byl to pro nás jedinečný zážitek a rády se vrátíme. Personál byl ochotný a milý.

Es wurde versucht uns mit minderwertigeren Zimmern abzuspeisen.

Lage war toll

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wollte man uns schlechtere Zimmer geben. Nach langer Diskussion wurden uns andere Zimmer angeboten und wir mussten Zuzahlen, um die Zimmer zu bekommen die wir gebucht hatten
