Расположение - на горе в окружении леса. Для тех, кому трудно подниматься, есть фуникулер и городской автобус. Номера чистые и просторные.

Cons:

СПА центр небольшой и не самый лучший. Завтрак очень простой.

Tolles Haus und Kage, Essen miserabel !
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in einzigartiger Lage, sehr gut mit der Funicula erreichbar, sehr schön erhalten bzw renoviert, ruhige angenehme Atmosphäre. Zimmer mit Aussicht einfach genial.
Pool hatte eine tolle Grösse zim Schwimmen.

Cons:

Verpflegung Halbpension - Buffet!!!
Abendessen ging noch so halbwegs, kein frisch gebratenes Fleisch oder Fisch, kein Käsebuffet, nicht einem 5 * Haus entsprechend.
Frühstücksbuffet war miserabel , sehr schlechte Qualität der Lebensmittel, nicht genießbar!!

Krasna lokalita, vynikající snídaně.

Cons:

Pod okny v suterénu jsou klimatizacni jednotky a tepelná čerpadla. Hučí nepříjemně celou noc . Pri pootevrenem okně se špatně spalo .

Cons:

Nabízené snídaně a hlavně večeře absolutně neodpovídají pětihvězdičkovému hotelu.Nabídka a výběr při večeřích byla tragická. Personál restaurace odměřený a bez zájmu o hosta.

Spa Bereich wirkt sehr klinisch und in die Jahre gekommen.
