Pros:

Der große Pool ist immer wieder toll. Man hat sogar an meinen Geburtstag gedacht und uns eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer gestellt. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Leider fuhr im Januar die standseilbahn nicht.

Wenn man Spa und Wellness erwartet, wird man enttäuscht

Die Lage und das sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Frühstücksbüffet

Das Essen ist Restaurant Paris - fantastisch!!

Cons:

Die zusätzlich gebuchten Bäder. Keine Spur der Entspannung, Stress pur. Haben was anderes bekommen als gebucht und zwei von uns drei wurden nach nichtmal 10 Minuten statt den 15 Minuten aus dem Bad geholt. Und das auf eine Art und Weise die gar nicht geht. Das war das stressigste und teuerste Kräuterbad unseres Lebens!
Wurden schlimmer behandelt als die Kurgäste die ihrem Behandlungsplan folgen müssen.

Das Hotel „Spa“ im Namen wird hier komplett falsch dargestellt bzw. hat hier nichts verloren. Kurhotel wäre korrekt.

Zimmer sehr geräumig. Die Lage über der Stadt.

Cons:

Keine Dusche, der Einstieg in die Wanne zum duschen war sehr glatt.
Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich sind nicht einladend. Für ein solch nobles Haus haben wir uns einen ansprechenderen Wellnessbereich vorgestellt. Außerdem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man einige Gäste auf ihre sehr legere Kleidung ansprechen würde.

Pros:

Very Clean, Food was great in main restaurants. Very small casual meal menu and very expensive.

Cons:

No Walk-in shower. Bath shower had no mat in bath , very unsafe. Could not get milk after restaurants were closed. Funicular was not working into town. So had to go by bus or Taxi

Für den Silvesterabend Essen und Trinken für 220€ pp., das schafft ein Rentner nicht!
Der Pool roch stark nach Chlor und war nicht einladend.

Чудовий отель у мальовничому місті.

Смачні страви з приготуванням шеф повару. Таких справ хотілось би більше, але акцент робиться більше на звичайні нарізки.

Хоча б раз у Карлових Варах потрібно зупинитися в цьому отелі.

Велика і красива територія.
На ресепшн друг оплачував за стоянку авто і з якихось причин карта не спрацювала, дівчина менеджер, дуже голосно, з посмішкою, не думаючи, що така поведінка неприпустима в отелі навіть нижчого рівня, бачивши , що стоїть велика черга людей на стійці для реєстрації, промовила, -«у вас на карті немає грошей». Мій друг ледь не згорів із сорому , сказав, що такого приниження він не відчував вже давно.

Cons:

Якщо б менеджмент трохи більше часу приділив незначним дрібницям,отель виглядав би іще краще. В ліфті наприклад є павутиння та пятна на стелі, в деяких місцях можна підкрасити і все буде чудово. Отже потрібно «незамилине око».

Es war ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbüfett war groß.

Cons:

In der Hotelbeschreibung stand: jeden Abend Livemusik; dies war nicht der Fall.
