Ikona mezi hotely, krasne prostorne pokoje a opravdovy klid. Prijemna restaurace kde vari opravdu dobre, pramen primo v hotelu, fajn obsluha a dobra snidane.

No jedina vec co se mi nelibila je ze se muze kourit pred hlavnim vchodem do hotelu. Misto cerstveho vzduchu vdechnete neci cigaretovy kour, coz je neprijemne a v takovem hotelu by byt uz nemelo.
Tesime ze treba jednou i welness projde rekonstrukcí a bude v takove kvalite jako je cely hotel

Imposantes, historisch bemerkenswertes Gebäude in landschaftlich „exponierter“ Lage. Geräumige Zimmer, die neben dem großen Pool das Wohlbefinden garantieren. Schmackhaftes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Ideal für den Aufenthalt in Karlsbad.

Das Essen +Ambiente !!

Cons:

Ladestation für e-Autos .Parkplätze viel zu teuer bei diesem durcheinander im Angebot. Keine Reservierung aber königliche Preise und dass im voraus. Erreichbarkeit:nach 19.00 alles zu Fuß oder Bolt . Gelände verlassen fast immer ein Abenteuer mit den neu installierten Schlagbäumen und so weiter. Von 5 Sternen habe ich einen anderen Service erwartet .SPA ?

No Standalone shower, shower in the bath with no non-slip mat, was very dangerous. Could not get any milk after cafe/restaurants closed, front desk said they could not help me. Not 5 Star?

Der große Pool ist immer wieder toll. Man hat sogar an meinen Geburtstag gedacht und uns eine Flasche Wein aufs Zimmer gestellt. Vielen Dank!

Das Essen ist Restaurant Paris - fantastisch!!

Cons:

Die zusätzlich gebuchten Bäder. Keine Spur der Entspannung, Stress pur. Haben was anderes bekommen als gebucht und zwei von uns drei wurden nach nichtmal 10 Minuten statt den 15 Minuten aus dem Bad geholt. Und das auf eine Art und Weise die gar nicht geht. Das war das stressigste und teuerste Kräuterbad unseres Lebens!
Wurden schlimmer behandelt als die Kurgäste die ihrem Behandlungsplan folgen müssen.

Das Hotel „Spa“ im Namen wird hier komplett falsch dargestellt bzw. hat hier nichts verloren. Kurhotel wäre korrekt.
