Pros:

Tolle Lage und historisches Ambiente
Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut (verbesserungsbedürftig: Säfte zum Frühstück)
Zimmer: sehr schön eingerichtet
Gebuchte Behandlungen: sehr gut, Termine ohne Probleme möglich

Cons:

Aussicht vom Zimmer im 6. Obergeschoss kaum vorhanden, da kleine Fenster im Dachgeschoss
(Hinweis: beim Buchen kein Stadtblick gebucht, bei späterer telefonischer Absprache wegen zwei nebeneinander liegenden Zimmern wurden 2 Zimmer mit Stadtblick in der 6. Etage versprochen); ich hätte mir hier einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass die Aussicht eingeschränkt ist

Sauna: nur eine Sauna, kein separater Ruheraum, Einstieg in das Tauchbecken für ältere Menschen schwierig

Abendprogramm: nur Samstag, ein wenig mehr Live-Musik wäre wünschenswert, ggf. Vorträge Karlsbad…

Good breakfast, beautiful building and good location.

Cons:

The hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star stay. The bed was uncomfortable, and although the bathroom was spacious, it only had a bathtub without a proper shower setup or screen, which made the whole bathroom wet after every shower. There was only a coffee machine in the room, so making tea was not practical as it tasted like coffee.
We stayed for 6 nights, and the bedsheets were not changed during our stay. The staff were generally not very friendly, and the older gentleman with dark hair in the bar was particularly unfriendly. The bar itself did not feel welcoming.
Parking cost around €21 per day on top of an already expensive room, which did not reflect 5-star standards. Overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, viel Auswahl
Die Zimmer waren großzügig, gutes Bett

Cons:

nicht jeden Tag gab es Lachs, im Fünfsternehotel sollte es auch Sekt geben
In der Badewanne duschen geht gar nicht.
Die Sauna viel zu klein

Für jemanden, der sich was schönes gönnen möchte.
Pros:

Es war sehr angenehm. Tolle Lage und Ausblick vom Hotel, das Essen sowohl Buffett als auch a la carte sehr gut. Personal sehr angenehm und freundlich.
