Pros:

Very beautiful location and decor. Great food. Incredible surroundings.

Cons:

Hard to reach by train. TV had limited options cause Netflix bugs with their proxy/VNP. There were some renovation taking place next to our window so it was noisy sometimes.

Pros:

The hotel is so quiet and beautiful. It's situated right on the bus line and funicular to the center of town. The bar/coffee bar was great to pop in and grab something. The pool was great! The spa was a wonderful treat and ran very smoothly. The staff were so accommodating and on top of everything. It was a great experience.

Cons:

The hotel does not have air conditioning, which we knew when we booked. However, the staff were wonderful and provided a fan to help keep us comfortable!!!

It is on a hill so the view is wonderful and greenery every where. Wellness not crowded and clean. I loved in general

My Room needed more cleaning .. spa for the hotel residents should give discounts. Spa a bit pricey

Das Hotel hat ein ganz besonderes Flair. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, das Essen ist super, die Auswahl riesig. Wir empfehlen, gleich Halbpension zu buchen - es lohnt sich.
Das Personal ist durchweg zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel, hoch über Karlsbad. Einchecken und Parken erfolgte problemlos. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und Parkservice mit Deutschkenntnissen. Mit der im Preis inkludierten Standseilbahn schneller Transfer in den Ort. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet, schöne Aussicht und Balkon. Sehr sauber, nettes Reinigungspersonal.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat Charme, ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders in den Zimmern an einigen Stellen abgewohnt. Den Etagengängen fehlt es an Dekoration und alles wirkt kühl. Der Poolbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein und nicht zeitgemäß. Viele verrostete Stellen, defekte Whirlpooldüsen, unbequeme Liegen, ungemütliche Atmosphäre.
Trotz bestehender Kritikpunkte, war es ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt, jedoch für ein 5 Sterne Hotel im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu hoch angesetzt.
