Beautiful property, hotel restaurant is a no go
Pros:

Beautiful location, grounds and facilities
Amazing pool area (beautiful, clean)
Rooms are nice and comfortable albeit small for the price
Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of foods offered (incl. milk alternatives etc.) and very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Dinner at the hotel restaurant (Schlosstaverne) was extremely disappointing; while the restaurant itself and in particular the terrace is beautiful the food was - for lack of a better word - bad and poorly cooked (undercooked potatoes, salad not dressed and bland, cream soup watery and bland) and the service slow and a bit chaotic (albeit very friendly and helpful when present)
Service overall was inconsistent and sometimes poor, e.g. staff at reception treat guests as if they were staying at a youth hostel

Die Akupunktur Vorbereitungswoche war dort. Ich musste nur ein paar Schritte machen dann bin ich dort.

Cons:

Es war sehr heiß und das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage. Ein Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht. Sie kassierten für Abendessen 3x obwohl ich die nicht gegessen habe. 2 Tage hat es kein warmes Wasser gegeben. Ich wollte spät Check out und das hat es nicht geklappt. Ich habe 706,- Euro für 3 Nächte bezahlt für alle diese Leistungen, die nicht erbracht wurden. Deswegen finde ich
„schlechte Preise-Leistung-Verhältnis.

Große Frühstücksauswahl und sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Kellner beim Frühstück. Poolanlage sehr groß und in schönem, ruhigen Innenhof gelegen.

Cons:

Zimmer haben eher Schullandwochen-Flair und keinen Schloss-Flair. Zimmer war auch extrem warm und ließ sich nicht vollständig abdunkeln.
