Bathroom need new modern showers old bath tub not comfortable

We had made our reservation in August when we arrived at the hotel it was no longer a Best Western Hotel. Our reservation was not valid now .. due to it being owned by a private group. Now we are out $177.08 The hotel had no hot water and was filthy dirty no washrooms on the lobby !!

It was within walking distance for the show we attended!!

Property did not honor the prepaid Expedia charge and is processing my credit card a second time asking me to call Expedia to get my money back. Never experienced this before.

Not a first pick to stay. Bad neighborhood. No breakfast like the listing says.

it was a good stay for an overnight trip

looking to go to camping world stadium, its 1 mile away or 15/20 minute walk, other than than find some other place to stay.

Very clean. Nice staff. great price.

Even with his rating, I would book again due to the location within walking distance to Camping World Stadium....knowing I am only in for one night.

The room was not clean and lots of smokers. Thought breakfast was included. Nope! Nothing

Be warned!

When we got back from the concert, all we could hear for a half an hour was a dog barking so we actually didn’t even stay. We packed up and left.

Good staff member definitely will be coming back!

Not as pictured or described. Continental breakfast was a grab and go bag. No real lobby. For a two day stay for $370 not up to par.

Room was not ready at 4pm when it was supposed to be and customer service was extremely rude to every customer

The attendant was great. He was super friendly and welcoming. The area around the Motel/ Hotel was unsafe. It was run down and there were homeless and people loitering around the neighborhood. The room seemed clean but then I went into the bathroom and found that they hadn't cleaned. The side and base of the toilet had urine. The place was old, outdated and rundown. Would not go there again.

People hanging outside of room yelling in parjing lot at 2-4am , lots of activity and thr gate was not closed with groups of peiple wandering thru at night

This place is full of cigarette smell also is not clean at all and the area around is a dangers place to be think 2 times to book here.

When booked through Expedia it stated free breakfast. No breakfast or dining. Vending machine. Pool was closed the first day with a paper sign. Key cards barely work. Took about 7 or more tries just to get into the doors. Workers were complaining about doing their jobs and about the other workers. Like screaming in to hallways about quitting! Just really unprofessional.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The man at the front desk was so very rude from the beginning. Our room was dirty, there were stains on the bed, gunk on the walls, dead bugs everywhere, as well as bugs eating us alive the minute we walked in. We went to the front to ask to change rooms, I even offered to pay an up charge, if there was a more expensive room available. Again, the man at the desk was so rude, making us feel stupid for asking for another room. He told us they were booked out, apart from the room next to us (which, including us, there were about 5 cars in the whole parking lot, so we assume that wasn’t true). We take the room next to us and it was better but still clean, still stain all over the bed and the air was musty. I could feel the musty air in my chest when I breathed in. When we went to bed, the beds were damp because the air was so damp, I hope now I don’t get sick! I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, really just an awful time.

Although this property isn't that old, it's not very well maintained. Most things attached to the walls (TV included) are crooked. Neither of the card keys we were given worked and the 2nd set had problems, too. The hotel did it's job by providing us with a bed for 1 night after a concert for around $100 in a location close to downtown. But that's it.

The hotel was an older hotel and definitely had some areas in need of updating, however it was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was nice.
