Great location, only an hours’ trip from our home.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

No elevator, l’m a senior citizen with bad knees, but l wouldn’t let stop me from returning.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Bar was excellent. Had cocktails and food after our event. The bar staff was pleasant, professional and the cocktails were top shelf.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. We both ordered dishes with sausage. It was inedible. Overcooked and lacked flavor. Went to Nanna's for breakfast. Server was very pleasant and did not charge for the sausage. Our sleep was interrupted by an upstairs guest who was yelling and sounded intoxicated. We called the front desk and they attempted to quiet the guest down. Expected better clientele. Very disappointed.

A perfect stay in a picturesque village. Lived the cookies, hot chocolate and the hospitality.
