Die Zimmer sind gut - bis auf durchgelegene Matratzen und Kopfkissen. Es wird viel Wert auf Optik statt auf Service gelegt. Guter Wellnessbereich.

Durchgelegene Matratzen und katastrophaler Service: Ich habe noch nie einen derartig schlecht organisierten Service erlebt: Beim allenfalls mittelmäßigen Frühstück ist der Kaffee über den Service zu bestellen. Die Wartezeiten sind inakzeptabel lang falls man überhaupt den bestellten Kaffee - meist erst auf Nachfrage - erhält. Das Abendmenü beginnt erst um 19:30 Uhr. Außer einem mittelmäßigen Salatbuffet ist für Vegetarier nichts dabei. Zwei Menüs stehen zu Auswahl. Oft erhält man das nicht bestellte und muss dann doppelt lange warten, bis das richtige serviert wird. Selbst wenn man pünktlich um 19:30 Uhr zum Essen geht, dauert es mindestens bis 22:00 Uhr. Das liegt wohl an dem Personal, dass fast durchgehend der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist und in gebrochenem Englisch versucht zu kommunizieren sowie an einem fehlenden oder schlecht funktionierenden Bestellmanagementsystem. Eine 0,75 ml Flasche Mineralwasser zum Essen kostet 9 EUR. Ein Restaurant mit derartig schlechtem Service wäre nicht überlebensfähig. Am Ende werden einem über 30 € Kreditkartengebühr sowie 20 EUR Parkplatzgebühr pro Tag berechnet. Wenn man dann mit Debitkarte bezahlen will, wird die Karte abgelehnt.

Hip hotel, goed gelegen, onvriendelijke personeel aan receptie.
Pros:

Hip hotel. Schitterend ontbijt en prachtige bar.
De mannen van de skikelder zijn absolute toppers. Hun service voor, tijdens en na is de max!

Cons:

Het personeel aan de receptie was erg onvriendelijk, op het onbeleefde af.

de perfecte plaats voor een ontspannende zorgeloze skivakantie met een ultiem welness aanbod!!
Pros:

Welness overtrof meer dan onze verwachtingen, ook de lange openingsuren.
vriendelijke ontvangst en vriendelijk om iets aan te vragen.

Cons:

Niet onder de bedden gekuist in de kamers ( lag nog afval van vorige gebruikers), maar voor de rest wel super mooi onderhouden
Bij aankomst werd niet vermeld dat er bijbetaald moest worden voor de parking van de auto, dat kregen we enkel maar te horen bij de afrekening, er werd geen voorstel gedaan of optie aangeboden.
