Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Facilities were dated and in need of renovations. The towels were poor quality and didn't absorb the water well at all, no flannels were provided. Rooms weren't serviced daily.

Fair for the night stay.
Pros:

Location to Remuera shopping centre was great. Close to train station for walking distance.
Nice quiet rooms. Good parking options.

Cons:

Room cleaning could have been better. Mouldy curtain lining weren’t great to see. Wifi was slow.

It was disappointing and I won’t be recommending it to friends.
Cons:

The hotel has a website that displays the rooms as very attractive. I really was expecting a far better room than the pokey, back hallway place we were taken that had strong cooking smells in the evening and in the morning. It was awful and the carpet in that hallway looked and felt very unclean. It honestly felt like a low budget hostel room.

Two nights of comfortable and convenient accommodation.
Pros:

Located centrally in Auckland and easily accessible from motorway on main bus route. Close walk to shops and supermarket. Parking available. Quiet location set back from road. Was given free upgrade to bigger room.

Cons:

It is showing it's age and could do with some maintenance and upgrading but the character of the is older villa is great.
