Unfortunately housekeeping is not serious at all. You leave your room at 9 you come back at 11 the room is not ready, at 12 the same at 14 the same for two three times in every stay. It is really disappointing especially when the guest is sick and need some rest.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Just back from a wonderful stay in a great hotel!

The staff were very helpful, breakfast superb, room large and location good.

I really enjoyed my stay there, and if lucky enough to be back in this city, would I stay here again? Course I would. It's great!

If the hotel wish to improve, I would certainly consider the following -

* Soundproofing. I wasn't thrilled one morning at the people in the next room having their tv on quite loud. How loud was it? I'll never know. If the soundproofing is good, it's not an issue. Not helped by doors that do not fit the frame.

* Shower head. Might be a very tiny point, or me being picky, but considering how class the rest of the hotel is - what is with a tiny shower head? I'd sort that out if running it. Would help.

Otherwise, genuinely a superb hotel. Loved it!

Nice hotel in the very center of Petrogradsky
Pros:

Surprisingly spacious hotel (looks smaller outside) with an atrium on the main street of Petrogradsky district. Room was comfy and had had everything necessary.

Мы не первый раз останавливались в отеле. И раньше все нравилось и в этот раз. Могу рекомендовать отель "Введенский" всем, кто хочет жить в уюте, чистоте и с очень хорошим обслуживанием. А кухня... просто бесподобна!!!

Good and not expensive
Pros:

Very convenient location : not far from the city center attractions and regular St Pet sightseens. But there's also plenty of stuff around : restaurants, cafes, etc.
The hotel itself is not a brand new, but good enough and comfortable. Nice breakfasts.
The only issue I could highlight is bad wi-fi connection in some rooms. This is to be improved. The rest is still good.

Pros:

We stayed at Vedensky hotel in January for 2 nights during our visit for a basketball game. First of all the city is amazing,you need at least 7-8 days to see almost the half of the places you MUST see. The hotel is great, our room was clean and spacious with everything in it, the bathroom was big and clean too. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices to eat, i was impressed. Hermitage and the city center is about 20-25 min walk from hotel. A big supermarket 3 min,ask the reception.
Overall a Very Good Stay!!

Pros:

First time to Russia and come to Saint Peterburg, I am so existing with this city. It is another side of Europe with bery nice city.
I was disapointed to Prince Park Hotel in Mosco because of staff and services but I am so existing with staff of Vedensky hotel here. Every one is very nice, friendly, poliness ...
It is good place for coming back and I would suggest my friend should be stay here in Saint Peterburg.

Very good choice!
Pros:

Nice modern renovated hotel with clean rooms and grat service. We were on HB basis with a group and the food had no variety but had good taste.The breakfast gor a 4 star hotel could be much better. There is a reastutant-bar at the roof which you have to visit especially at the night cause the view is great.
