Pros:

posizione strategica per visitare la città.
la struttura è piacevole, lo staff molto cordiale.
Buona idea la postazione per caffè, the....aperta 24h

Cons:

il bagno è di un colore rosso inquietante, e diviso dal lavandino e la doccia. La doccia è prossima a una finestra, è necessario tirare le tende per uscire con privacy. il tendone che copre il lavandino è alquanto discutibile

Piacevole e comodo per visitare la città
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione per spostarsi nel centro di Vienna e vicino a una fermata della metropolitana. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

C’è una tenda che divide la zona letto da doccia e lavandino… solo un po’ strano…

Idéal pour visiter une bonne partie de la ville à pieds.
Pros:

Le calme (au 6ème étage). La propreté. Le rapport qualité /prix. La situation exceptionnelle en cœur de ville. L'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Les matelas trop dur à mon avis. Vue sur la ville pas très réaliste, c'était plutôt vue sur les bâtiments en face et la petite rue devant l'hôtel.

Fantástico hotel en excelente ubicación y con un personal fuera de serie
Pros:

Ubicación excelente. El hotel es pequeñito pero con habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. estaba muy limpio y lo mejor de todo fue el personal de recepción. En concreto Eva se volcó con nosotros cuando nos vimos atrapados en la ciudad por la maratón y nos ayudó en todo momento incluso dándonos su número teléfono personal por si teníamos algún problema. Un trato realmente excepcional. Volveremos encantados.

Cons:

Estuvo todo estupendo y superó nuestras expectativas. Por decir algo me gustaría que instalaran un lavabo en el cubículo donde está el inodoro.

Fabulous! Would stay again if in Vienna.
Pros:

Great location. Staff so welcoming and friendly/helpful. Clean, nice view from room. Awesome breaky! And extra take away coffee included throughout stay which is fabulous when your paying like over 5€ in the city. I could help myself and then go and explore. Love Vienna and the people. 🫶🏻

Das Personal war sehr verständnisvoll, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Aussicht (aus meinem Einzelzimmer Classic) war furchtbar. In einen schmalen Innenhof mit Liftschacht direkt vor dem Fenster. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sonst ok. Das Bad hingegen sehr bedrückend. Niedriger Raum ohne Fenster, gedämpftes Licht, alles in Rot in Schwarz, Möbel schon in die Jahre gekommen.
