Horrible.
Pros:

La dame à la réception. Grâce à elle on m’a changé d’hôtel au Pertschy ( même propriétaire). Pertschy Palais Hôtel bien meilleur, chambre spacieuse, très confortable. Personnel aussi adorable.

Cons:

Ceci ne peut absolument pas être considéré comme 4 étoiles. Prix disproportionné.

No nos arreglaron la habitación
Las puertas no son automáticas . Toca cargar la llave .
Los baños no tienen puerta.
No hay teléfono para comunicarse con recepción y si necesitas algo toca bajar a pedirlo.
