Pros:

Obiekt na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i przyjazna.
Restauracja - śniadania w cenie na poziomie stołówki szpitalnej. Rozrabiany sok z wodą.
Nie miła obsługa restauracji.

Exclusivita na prvom stupni...toptoptop

Akože nemáme slov..táto zoo a ubytovanie u nás top...jednoducho exclusivita na každom kroku,pre nás a pre obe rodiny čo sme boli spolu sa nám tam neskutočne páčilo a hlavne deťom,akurát počko moc nevyšlo a nemohli sa tolko kupať v bazene jak sme mali v pláne ale zato večernéé bowlingi si užívali aj oni aj my...a nechcelo sa nám domov...určite sa tam vrátime niekedy bolo skvele,fantasticky,paradne....

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Overall Experience was great!! It was unique because I've never heard of hotels being on zoo grounds, so from that aspect that was really cool. My kids loved it. We also ate dinner at another local hotel down the street from hotel safari and it was great and the local beer tasted even better. I've already recommended this hotel to co-workers who have kids.

Top Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Kurzurlaub TOP! Sehr gutes Hotel, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, Bowlingbahn im Haus - durften wir sogar 2 Stunden kostenlos nutzen, da unser Tv am Anreisetag nicht funktionierte. Würde ich sofort wieder hinfahren. Zimmergrösse vollkommen ausreichend, einziges was fehlt waren Haken an der Wand um seine Jacke aufzuhängen. Die Kinder waren vom Doppelstockbett begeistert! Badezimmer sehr sauber! Sehr angenehmes, ansprechendes Interieur. Von der Dusche mit Regendusche (!) War ich total begeistert. Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, meine Tochter hat nur das nutella vermisst. Satt geworden ist sie aber trotzdem... Im Hotelpreis war sogar der kostenlose Eintritt in den Zoo dabei - Top! Haben wir sehr genossen! In einigen zimmern wurde noch renoviert aber das war in keinster Weise störend.

Tolles Hotel, gerne wieder !
Pros:

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Die gebuchten Zimmer waren in einem Topzustand, sehr gut und neuwertig ausgestattet. Die thematische Ausrichtung des Zimmers (Safari) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den gepflegten Pool im Innenhof konnten auf Grund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Zoogelände ist perfekt.
