Pros:

Good but the VIP access not really taken , there is no air conditioning pre opening for the room and no fruit and welcome card showing. But the total property is good and doesn’t deal people is nice.

We got an upgrade to a suite. The place was situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a garden outside. I love the interior of the hotel. Food was great and has so many choices.
The only disadvantage, is not everyone speaks English, it was so hard to communicate. Overall, we had a great time, we love our room. They have provided a shuttle going to the Canton Fair which is a plus factor even Canton fair is far from the hotel.

Hotel bueno, pero bar muy malo

El hotel es cómodo, el servicio de la recepción fue muy rápido y entienden bastante inglés,
El servicio en el bar es pésimo no tenían las cervezas que decía la carta y solo tienen algunas cervezas frías.
El hotel no se encuentra en una zona comercial.

Nessuno sapeva parlare inglese!! Alla reception, di un hotel internazionale, nessuno che sappia parlare inglese. Vi sembra normale?
Ho prenotato all'Holiday Inn, non alla prima bettola supereconomica.
Il wi fi non funziona coll'accesso standard (numero stanza e cognome) ma solo se ti mettono loro una password segreta, che quindi devi chiedere che ti inseriscano con un traduttore scendendo di nuovo in reception.
Ho chiesto se era possibile prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto l'indomani mattina, mi hanno risposto che non offrono servizio taxi, bastava chiamarlo per me !!!! Me lo sono dovuto prenotare io dalle app locali.
Hotel e stanza normale, ma in generale camera al di sotto dello standard della catena. Ma servizio dal personale pessimo.

Secluded hotel but huge room
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights here for business. The room was huge. It is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking area is an open garden right next to the breakfast restaurant.

There is nothing much around the hotel. You should ask the hotel staffs where are the nearest F&B around the area. They will even help you to order your food in. I did not try because my host did that for me.

The breakfast buffet is OK.

There are a lot of construction going on right now but it is quiet, no worries.
