I’m a loyal bonvoy elite customer scaling accommodations to large $100k plus events at Marriott properties around the world. This location? Worst, most offensive, and degrading service. I took video so it’s available for the manager who reads this and would like to see her in action. On 8/15 a woman with short hair with zero self awareness, told us to produce documentation that has been confirmed as not required by corporate (called after and they verbally confirmed again). The attendant then proceeded to help guests behind us to “punish” us after calling us “tacky” when we didn’t agree to the documentation requests and her obnoxious behavior. All of this occurred after we patiently waited 25min for her to yap with two guests debating on if they should sign up for bonvoy and book rooms tonight. She could have easily asked them to step aside while we all waited for a much needed check in that wasn’t virtually assigned room keys in the app.

This was one of the best Marriott properties. My 1st stay at a Residence property. I used to always stay at Embassy suites but this property has showed that Marriott has this option and does it very well. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Not a hair out of place at this property. Any time I am in Columbus I will be staying here! They even have a basketball court.

The Residence Inn Columbus Polaris did a fantastic job (as always) accommodating my business travel needs. The location, hotel and room were first class and the staff was exceptional.

A special thank you to Kim & David for making making me feel like a friend and not just a guest.

Great experience at this hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever. David went above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable there. I appreciate him and the rest of the staff that made my stay great.

Beautiful rooms. Seems to be a brand new building. Stayed in a suite that was fully equipped. Great location to the freeway exit. Only critique, bedroom needed more usb ports and outlets by night tables. Other than that, 5 stars

The front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The space in the room was nice

Very nice hotel. Clean and well managed. Friendly staff. The only complaint is how they cut corners in the bathroom. Paper thin towels, cheap see-through bathroom tissue, and soap & shampoo mounted on the shower walls like you are staying at the YMCA. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Great staff, Ian, April, David,Chrissy and Larry all make you feel welcome. Great location and great rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hospitality was honestly the best part — everyone was warm, helpful, and just had good energy. You can tell the team cares, and it makes a difference.
The location is perfect. You’re right by Polaris Fashion Place, tons of restaurants, and it’s super easy to hop on I‑71. Everything you need is basically right outside the door.
My room was clean, comfortable, and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room.
Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay — I’d definitely come back.
