The front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The space in the room was nice
We awoke to discover some type of bugs crawling all over the nightstand and onto the bed. I am praying they are not bed bugs. Very disappointed. Made the trip very uncomfortable for me due to the fear of bringing something home with me
Very nice hotel. Clean and well managed. Friendly staff. The only complaint is how they cut corners in the bathroom. Paper thin towels, cheap see-through bathroom tissue, and soap & shampoo mounted on the shower walls like you are staying at the YMCA. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hospitality was honestly the best part — everyone was warm, helpful, and just had good energy. You can tell the team cares, and it makes a difference.
The location is perfect. You’re right by Polaris Fashion Place, tons of restaurants, and it’s super easy to hop on I‑71. Everything you need is basically right outside the door.
My room was clean, comfortable, and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room.
Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay — I’d definitely come back.
