This hotel is a bit shabby and needs redecorating but staff were incredibly friendly and beds were reasonably comfortable

This hotel was amazing for the price. Highly recommend it. Staff were great location really good . Would definitely go back. Breakfast was basic but good. If I needed anything they were on to it straightaway. Food stall downstairs outside was so handy.

The hotel is quite modern but starting to gray around the edges and could do with better maintenance.
Rooms were a decent size, with en-suite bathroom.
You can arrange an all in price with breakfast.
Coffee and mineral water (unlimited) are free to all guests.
The pool is small but usable and great for the very hot days.

I had 1 night here before moving to the Old Town. Rooms here are quite good soundproof, modern and convenient. Very close to cafes, pubs and 24-hour laundry. There is a staff member who speaks super good English, perhaps he is one of the best English speakers I have ever met in Chiangmai.

Before covid. We stayed here for 2 nights by walk in. I like this hotel's located, its very comforted for me. I like to walk around at night. Have a many shop and restaurants. The room was clean, good wifi, good service. Overall is good!!!

Large and clean rooms in a good location. Easy check in/out. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours before our flight. Wifi and A/C worked great. Hot showers with good water pressure. Large, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Took a chance on this hotel and no regret. Rooms and bathroom are small but their service staff are great. Their breakfast put a lot of hotels in their category to shame. Great spread each morning with so many options of cuisine available. Right smack in Nimman area and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants makes this hotel centrally located. Met the owner who resides next door to the hotel, Khun Sam and he was super friendly, just like all his staff.

The management offered us immediate comfort, excellent and great relaxation at the premises. My son was able to study for an exam without any disturbance late into the night. The 24 hour coffee amenity was a life saver for us. The young staff is unforgettable as they were very attentive and friendly. Wishing The Nimman all the very best. will definitely return to stay!

This is a well located, modern, clean and good value hotel. The service was excellent and friendly. The swimming pool is very nice and relaxing.The hotel is around 500 meters walk form many shops and restaurants.

Staying at this hotel was a bliss. The staff were very accomodating with our requests. Drinking water was never a problem since guests are free to get water from their cafe anytime. They provide a wide variety of food for their breakfast buffet. The pool was great. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel and its rooms were very modern. We definitely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place!

I stayed one night at The Nimman Hotel for my connecting flight. No need to talk to location if you decided to stay in Nimman Area as all connected.

The hotel seem very new and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Thai style breakfast is very nice even we have no time to eat it.

Love modern style of hotel. Room is nice, clean and clear white with full amenity setup.

What we love is complimentary self-refill coffee and drinking water.

Room #215 > An OK but Disappointing stay.

I believe it is a little Over Priced for what it is.

It is an Old Hotel remodeled, but underneath is still an Old Hotel.

There has been NO additional Sound Proofing made.

Guests SLAM and BANG the Room doors All Night Long when the stream back in to the hotel during the Early hours. ( No thoughts to any other guests! )

The room was on the small side but everything worked OK.

Note > the Rain Shower only delivers COLD WATER! Not desirable in the Winter months!

Staff were efficient without being friendly.

We thought that the Buffet Breakfast was very good.

Lots of Meat choices, with Roast Chicken, Pork Kebabs, Fried Rice and a Curry Dish every morning.

There was Fresh Fruit, Yogurt and delicious Brownies in he Fridge.

We would likely book else where if we visit Chiang Mai again.

So so experience in this self claimed « boutique » hotel. On the positive side, n excellent location in the Nimman neighborhood allowing to easily reach everything around by foot, an efficient front desk, a parking and a small swimminn pool almost on the street (albeit with only 4 recliners ...). On the bad one a ultra sm’l Room, without night table, a single micro chair, a sink in the room (the bathroom is too small!), no cabinet, no hot water in the sink (yes!!!), a single towel per person etc... Good quLity breakfast. Free water and coffee at will. Ok for the price but not appropriate for more than one or 2 days.

Cost effective and very good for free breakfast. I think the cost compare with experience is very good. Also, it is very nice in breakfast esp in Sticky rice with fried chicken.

Great location, great customer service. The best thing was we can have unlimited free water and fresh coffee. However, the wall of the room is very thin. We could hear kids crying and people being loud from other rooms all night.

We stayed on the first floor and we heard people walking in and out all night that might be the price we paid for staying at the hotel next to the most famous club in Chiangmai and the night life area.
