He tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel en dos ocasiones: diciembre de 2023 y junio de 2025. Destaco su diseño agradable, excelente desayuno y ubicación estratégica. Sin embargo, considero importante mejorar la atención al cliente en recepción.
El equipo no transmite una cálida bienvenida; sería ideal que saludaran con una sonrisa, preguntaran cómo estuvo el viaje o de dónde nos visitan. Este tipo de detalles hacen la diferencia en la experiencia de los huéspedes.
En ciertas ocasiones al pedir recomendaciones sobre sitios turísticos o cómo llegar a un lugar, no supieron responder ni se ofrecieron a buscar alternativas. Algo tan sencillo como "Déjeme revisarlo" hubiera sido muy útil.
Además, al regresar anoche después de un largo día de trabajo, saludé con un "buenas noches", pero no recibí respuesta, . Estos pequeños gestos afectan la percepción del servicio.
Espero que estos comentarios sean tomados de forma constructiva, ya que el hotel tiene un gran potencial y me encantaría volver si se mejoran estos aspectos básicos de atención al cliente.

Nice quiet hotel in a good residential area close to the comercial zone, everything you need is at hand (except places to buy leather shoes).
We stayed 9 days but they only put you ONE complimentary coffee for the whole stay! Compared to the Dann Carlton where it was replenished every day.
Breakfast was good but felt too simple in comparison with the other (same price category). Also, the cleaning staff is an external contract, so after certain hour they are no longer available if you didn´t leave on time. The gym room was small and not well equiped for those who like doing exercises, but in Bucaramanga you will walk a lot.
But the staff was nice and we had a pleasant stay, although the other (same category) hotel had for us complimentary sauna, turkish bath, pool and a big gym.
