It was great fun. There was a lot of dancing thanks to the animators. I had a really nice time there. Very nice and friendly people

Overall a very good hotel, the animation team which puts on constant shows from sketchs, dances which made the trip more entertaining than it already is, the services are also good, room cleaning, food, the bar, it's a very passionnate hotel makes the customers feel at home

Generally the hôtel is pretty good,the traditionnel food is good the service is good it just has two problemes the pool is big and enjoyable just a little moldy and a bug problème, but everything else is geniuenly good from the rooms to the space, activités etc

“Lella Meriam is a true gem! What I loved the most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful interior to the excellent room amenities. My stay felt like a home away from home. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality in one place

We are here from 30.5 to 10.6.
The hotel is for the tourist, which traveling low cost.
I Will try to explain in points:
-The hotel is little bit old.
-The rooms looks like have some years of experience.
-The foot is the same for all week long,
Rice, pasta, and some meat.
-Allinclusive in hotel, with one word is poor.
-No alkohol in sea bar.
-The lobby is big with bar.Alcohol/NOalcohol
-On the reception you can exchange some money.
-The near ATM is opposit the hotel or near roundabout, about 400m from hotel to the left.
-All personal is kind and have 5 stars.
-Big clean pool.
-Animation team is good, applause for them.

Around the hotel is some shops, beautiful sea with sea grass, beach is good, i like it.

Beautiful sea with sand beach, where is located "Allinclusive BAR," there is barman Mohamed Aouini, good person with big heart, he is trying his best for serving us drinks and food, all day long.

Umbrellas and loungers is for free.

Personnel très agréable à l’écoute mais mauvaise période (ramadan )donc aucune activité.

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever been.. all inclusive with only beer, no use of the pool because it’s actually green, the food is horrible, no entertainment what so ever, no toilet roll, no tv, no hairdryer … hotel room is unbelievably disgusting

OMG this place sucks! From the reception all the way down to the food, people, amenities, cleanliness... STAY AWAY UNSAFE.

It is a beautiful hotel. They have very beautiful rooms and have a beautiful air conditioner, but there are no cleaning ladies in the rooms, but that is okay. It was a beautiful holiday, and I thank the animation team for having a very beautiful holiday with them (Jad. Leo. Djo. Anis dj. Loulou.. Banbouchka.) Thank you very much and we will meet next year. I know it's a lot but these lives ⌚💙♥️😜

.Good family room, beautiful sea, pleasant staff, those who suffer from gastritis must watch their diet, because the kitchen is very spicy, the entertainment team is pleasant and polite, they offer a lot of entertainment, everything is in principle normal, but it is very hot on the plane

Bonjour nous avons réservé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. L'hôtel était insalubre après nous avoir changer de chambre 3 fois car les femme de ménage n'était pas passer dans les précédente ( serviette des ancienne occupant qui sécher dehors, poubelle plaine, produit utilisé dans la salle de bain, sole très sale...) on nous a trouver une chambre qui n'était pas beaucoup mieux. Vous constaterez sur les photo. Le lendemain nous avons voulu profiter de la piscine qui était très sale l'eau trouble tous les parois glissante. Et après un repas au selfe nous avons tous les deux était malade. Ma femme étant enceinte une intoxication alimentaire pour elle peut être très grave. Nous avons décider de quitter l'hôtel. Et aucun remboursement n'a était proposer. Car nous somme passé par un site internet. Ne faites pas confiance à expédia pour leur description d'hôtel, car c'était tout à fait mensonger. La soi-disant baignoire à jet était inutilisable car tous les conduits étaient rouillé. Les matelas des chambres sont moisies, et j'en passe énormément. Ne faites pas la même erreur que nous et ne réservez pas dans cet hôtel. Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès d'expédia pour être remboursé au moins de la deuxième nuit et elle a été refusée. Donc si vous voulez réserver dans un hôtel, passez par l'hôtel directement, mais pas par expédia.

Nous l'avions choisit car proche de notre famille et pas cher. je savais qu'il était vieillot et pas toujours droit mais j'ai quand même été très déçue.
Dépensez un peu plus et profitez mieux !

I really liked the animation team. They are very funny, interesting and responsive guys! They had a great time and danced. I would come back here for them ;)
Bardzo podobał mi się zespół animatorów. To bardzo zabawni, ciekawi i pomocni ludzie! Świetnie się bawiłem i tańczyłem. Chętnie tu wrócę dla nich ;)

Nous sommes vraiment déçu a notre arrivés ils nous donnent une carte pour notre chambre numero 542surprise à l'ouverure de la porte y'avais de residents dans la chambre, retour l'acceuil , deuxième chambre numero 432 horrible, salle de bain sale grico ne fonctionne pas idem climatiseur, nous retournons à l'acceuil environ 45mnt d'attente nous redonne la chambreN° 360 soi disons bien préparer bruit chasse d'eau lit qui grince vu pas terrible

Nous avons trouve un cafard dans la chambre, qui était globalement sale (poussière, grosses couches de calcaire dans les sanitaires, taches sur les fauteuils et chaises). La nourriture est objectivement mauvaise (huile qui degouline de partout, aucun goût, aucune variété). La piscine est same, l'eau est complètement trouble. Nous avons choisi une chambre vue mer que nous n'avons pas eu. La clientèle est excécrable et mal élevée. Pour le personnel, seuls les serveurs et les animateurs sont sympas.
Le pire est Expedia qui refuse de nous rembourser alors que l'annonce est mensongère.

Je conseille absolument pas Restaurant, nul climatisation marche pas l’ascenseur tombe en panne beaucoup de choses l’immeuble ils sont Moussier plein de problèmes

Je ny suis restee que 3 jours. Personnel très correct, avec une restriction pour LE receptionniste de l'après-midi, qui a omis de me transmettre un colis m'étant destiné. Il aurait pu laisser le message a sa collegue du matin !
