Location.
Room very small. Two single beds were pushed together ,with two single duvets. No chair .poor coffee making facilities for the price of the room.
location
door in-between rooms
Locationwise it was good
The hotel’s location is excellent; however, I cannot say the same about the staff.
I stayed at the hotel on two separate occasions. During my first check-in, I was informed that the deposit amount was €50. When I presented my credit card, they stated that since it was a new-generation card without printed numbers on it, they could not accept it for security reasons. I then withdrew €200 in cash, but they refused to accept it as well, saying the banknote denomination was too high. After mentioning that they would consult management and making a phone call, they eventually accepted it. Throughout this entire process, the staff member named Sam had a consistently dissatisfied facial expression and clearly did not know how to approach a guest properly.
When I entered my room, I noticed there was another door inside. Out of curiosity, I opened it and realized it led directly to the adjacent room. The door was not even locked. Fortunately, no one was staying in the next room at the time. I immediately went downstairs and reported the situation. They came up with me and locked it using a master key, but they did not seem to understand the seriousness of the issue.
One morning, I went down for breakfast (which I paid for). Although there were no other guests in the restaurant, I wanted to sit in the lower section. The staff member at the bar told me I could not sit there and asked me to move upstairs. I complied, although I did not understand the reason.
Finally, on the day of my check-out, since breakfast was not included in my stay, I wanted to pay for it and have breakfast. Once again, Sam reacted with the same dissatisfied expression and complained that I should have informed them earlier. After checking availability, he saw that it was possible and said I could proceed. At that point, I chose to leave the hotel instead.
My main concern is the staff’s attitude toward guests. Their facial expressions and manner were rude and unprofessional.

Great location, comfy beds (though need 2 pillows but that’s just my preference and when I asked extra pillows were brought up!). Staff really helpful. Shower was amazing! Can’t find any faults! We will be back
Location was perfect
The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. However, the room itself was extremely disappointing. It was absolutely tiny, the beds dipped badly in the middle, and the mattresses were stained and clearly in need of replacing. The walls were grimy and the bathroom tap barely worked properly.
Sadly, the condition of the room overshadowed the positives. With some serious investment in maintenance and hygiene, this could be a decent stay – but in its current state, I wouldn’t return.
Very well placed and clean. Friendly staff. The room had a view and a balcony.
Location was good
One small lift that goes very slow. Extremely steep stairs and the whole hotel smells of sulphur.
