Pros:

Gentilezza del personale e colazione dolce e salata

Cons:

Alcuni disservizi segno di poca manutenzione e che non dovrebbero accadere in un 4 stelle. E' mancata una notte la corrente, e può succedere; la lampada di emergenza e la luce di cortesia si sono accese in alternanaza per un quarto d'ora. Inoltre suonava anche il cicalino del telefono. A causa del generatore che non si avviava (così è stato giustificato il problema).
Una mattina è mancata l'acqua proprio mentre ero insaponato nella doccia; dopo 5 minuti dal mio sollecito telefonico e tornata, ma di un color marrone... (probabilmente da un serbatoio non verificato).

Soggiorno rigenerante nel verde, con qualche piccolo dettaglio da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura splendida, immersa nel verde e molto spaziosa: l'ambiente ideale per rilassarsi. Ci siamo trovati complessivamente molto bene, l'atmosfera generale è davvero piacevole e la camera nel complesso era accogliente.

Cons:

Abbiamo riscontrato alcuni inconvenienti tecnici in camera: la tenda non era totalmente oscurante, lasciando filtrare molta luce al mattino, e la doccia non chiudeva bene, oltre a non essere perfettamente pulita. Inoltre, essendo posizionati sopra la sala colazione, il rumore al mattino era piuttosto avvertibile. Con un po' di attenzione in più alla manutenzione e alla pulizia sarebbe un soggiorno perfetto.

Very nice
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and nice clean room with a kettle and mini fridge. Free parking and easy bus service to town (or about 45-50 min walk to Ortigia).
Very kind and helpful staff.
