It’s a great location at the city center, just 3-5 mins walk to the Stephansdome.

Cons:

The staffs are so friendly. I like the hotel design eventhough it is an old building, it is clean and well maintained. The only thing missing is the aircondition. I was there exactly when the temperature was high due to summertime. There is an electric fan somehow to ease the temoerature a bit.

Pros:

We always enjoy staying at Pertschy Palais, that's why we are coming back for the fourth time. Top location in the heart of the city, spacious rooms with aristocratic ambiance, kind staff, and nice breakfast.

Cons:

We just noticed that the breakfast was not as abundant as it has been the previous years, but still there were enough options for everyone for a good start of the day, so this is not something to complain about.
Perhaps so more lightning in the bathroom would do good.
