Cons:

It was incredibly hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air conditioning, and opening the window didn't help cool the room down. I was very surprised that it could be +18 degrees outside at night, yet still +30 degrees inside the room. It felt like the ventilation wasn't working at all.

The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions and the metro, yet on a very quiet street, so nothing disturbed us during the night.

Cons:

Our rating reflects the fact that the room temperature was uncomfortably high during the hot weather, and opening the windows did not help. It should be noted that the hotel does not have air conditioning; instead, fans were provided, which improved the situation only slightly. If the weather had not been so hot, our rating would have been significantly higher.

Nuostabi vieta, nes visos pagrindinės senamiesčio atrakcijos yra šalia. Tikrai neblogi pusryčiai, o kambario dydis tiesiog lux.

Cons:

Viešbutis įrengtas sename pastate, kuriame nėra kondicionavimo sistemos, tad karštomis dienomis teks miegoti atsidarius langus, o tai leis triukšmui iš gatvės patekti į jūsų kambarį. Bet juk tai miesto centras...

Cons:

un pò vecchiotto, senza aria condizionata e faceva caldo. Ma capisco che a Vienna l'aria condizionata non è di solito richiesta :)

Amazing central location, but outdated hotel and no aircon.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is amazing. We mainly booked it for its central location. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping and also at breakfast were all exceptional too. The traditional design of the rooms was elegant, albeit a tad outdated.

Cons:

We arrived after the heatwave, so weren’t too concerned about not having aircon, but regardless of the moderately cooler temp outside, the room simply never cooled down. We opened windows, but there was not airflow, we had 2 fans going, but it felt more like a fan-forced oven! It was a difficult two nights staying here, simply due to the uncomfortable temperature in the rooms.

Localização e simpatia dos funcionários. A cama era confortável.

Cons:

Calor, quarto muito quente . Só uma ventoinha sem ar condicionado. Para chegar ao quarto um corredor de madeira em mas condições. Não é nem 1 estrela

El trato en la recepcion! Estuvo excepcional. La cama demasiado cómoda! Todo muy muy limpio.

Cons:

El secador de cabello no tenía fuerza y se apagaba despues de pocos minutos usandolo y que con la ola de calor, solo con el ventilador era insostenible!

La centralità dell' hotel,, posizione fantastica, personale gentilissimo .avevamo tutto a portata di mano....Hofburg, ila via dello shopping ( Graben), l' Albertina,, il caffè Sacher....insomma nel cuore della città e nonostante tutto silenzioso

Cons:

Purtroppo trattandosi di un palazzo nobiliare dell' epoca non esiste l' aria condizionata. In camera abbiamo trovato il ventilatore ma se ti capita una di quelle giornate calde la camera resta calda.
