Pros:

Breakfast was very satisfying. Location was terrific, easy to walk to most attractions and to public transport for others.
Staff was extremely helpful. Don't accept room on the 2d floor next to storage. I asked for another room and they quickly accomodated my request.

A lovely place to stay with even better staff:)
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and genuine. I enjoyed everyone's energy. The location was primo for getting to St. Stephen's as well as the Opera Ring area.

Cons:

It'd be great to have gluten-free bread options for breakfast.

Hotel bien ubicado pero que no cumple características de 4 estrellas

La ubicación.

Cons:

Estuvo 1 día el ascensor roto y estábamos en 4to piso
Está evaluado como 4 estrellas pero considero qur está sobrevalorado.
El desayuno es apenas aceptable.
La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado.
Solo dejan jabón y no shampoo ni acondicionador.
Cuando caminas el piso rechina.
