Em geral gostei de tudo. Bom atendimento, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã bom( as vezes o leite não estava muito quente), serviço de lavanderia Excelente.
Enfim, o hotel é bom e eu recomendo.

Cons:

Não gostei dos cartões das portas dos quartos que funcionavam mal e toda vez que saia do hotel tinha de passar na portaria p magnetizar de novo.

Recepção eficiente.Rápida no atendimento.

Cons:

O cheiro forte de perfume no quarto que entrava através do ar condicionado.Depois de um certo tempo se torna incômodo, principalmente para dormir.A primeira vez que fiquei aí não tinha perfume no quarto.

EXCELENTE. Sempre fico neste hotel em Porto Alegre.
Pros:

Localização é muito boa, o atendimento e a limpeza são excelentes e tem estacionamento na frente que sempre tem vagas. Para comer algo basta andar alguns metros e ir na rodoviária de Porto Alegre que fica na frente.
