Comfort in style and elegance!
Pros:

The overall feel of the hotel was elegance which suited Vienna. The rooms were very comfortable and well thought through with their design as every detail was thought through for the end user.

Cons:

The lighting system was a little too sophisticated and could be simplified.

Palazzo storico con SPA magnifica
Pros:

Il palazzo e’ storico e splendido e la camera era spaziosa con un bagno molto ampio e comodo.
La SPA e’ molto confortevole con una piscina molto suggestiva

Cons:

Preferirei una stanza con buio completo (la mattina entrava purtroppo un po’ di luce). Suggerirei una temperatura dell’acqua piu calda nonché un maggiore controllo sugli ospiti che non mantenevano un silenzio adeguato (addirittura con videochiamate).
