The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. They even kindly allowed me to stay beyond the official check-out time, which I truly appreciated.
The level of service is impeccable — truly top class. Every detail reflects professionalism and sincere hospitality.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Vienna. The hotel itself is a magnificent historic building that beautifully reflects the elegance and spirit of the city. You can truly feel the atmosphere of Vienna throughout the interiors, the ambiance, and the overall design.
Breakfast is fantastic with an excellent selection and outstanding quality.
I highly recommend this hotel. Everything here is truly of the highest level, and I’m very grateful to the entire team for their genuine care and outstanding service.
I would absolutely choose to stay here again when I return to Vienna.

٢-موظفي حمل الحقائب لطيفين وسريعين ويبادرون لتقديم المساعدة لا سيما أ.يوسف

٤-الكونسيرج يجيب بفاعلية ويقدم اقتراحات جيدة
٥- سرعة الاستجابة للطلبات بشكل عام
٦-الموقع قريب من المركز وقريب المحلات والمقاهي والمطاعم
٧-الأمان عال ويتطلب الكرت للمصعد ودخول منطقة الغرف

Cons:

-يوجد درج قبل المصاعد لا ادري اذا كان هناك وسيلة اخرى لمن لديه صعوبة لكن سيكون مزعجا لكبار السن ومن لديهم مشكلات.
-الغرفة بعيدة جدا عن المصاعد
-الإضاءة ضعيفة في الغرفة
-السعر مرتفع جدا مقارنة ربما يكون ذلك عائد للسبا وحوض السباحة لا أدري لكن أنا لا أستطيع الاستفادة منها وبالتالي أشعر أني دفعت لشيء لا استفيد منه مقابل فنادق أرخص وجودة وموقع جيدين.

واضطر لاعادة المعلومات كثيرا

لم يجدوا حجزي في كل مرة اتواصل معهم في البداية رغم انه موجود ومؤكد
وضعت ملاحظة تمديد في نفس الغرفة ليلا
صباحا رفض الموظف واخبرني ان الغرفة الأخرى اعلى واصر على انتقالي
انتقلت وكانت الغرفة اسوأ واضيق
طلبت تغييرها وكان هناك تعنت رغم لطف الرد وكان ا.يزن متعاون جدا ولكن
صعبت ادارتهم علي الأمر كثيرا
طلبت العودة لغرفتي مع اني حزمت حقائبي و كان ذلك مزعج واخذ جزءا من يومي
رفضوا عودتي لغرفتي وظلوا يعرضون غرفا يقولون أنها أفضل ولكنها اسوأ
المعلومات التي يقدمونها لم تكن دقيقة ولم يقدموا حتى تعويضا عن الازعاج وتضييع الوقت والجهد الذي تسببوا فيه وبعد الحاح عدت لغرفتي!
التعويض الذي صرحت المنجر لخدمة النزلاء تقديمه قهوة او فاكهة! اشعرني بالاستهتار وعدم تقدير
الضيف!
باختصار خبرة التمديد لم تكن احترافية ابدا ولاول مرة تحصل لي بهذا الشكل!
