Gestione non proprio eccezionale

La posizione, i servizi, la pulizia

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera tripla per 2 notti. All"arrivo abbiamo trovato in camera solo un letto matrimoniale e la biancheria solo per 2 persone. Vista la situazione, avvisato il personale e non trovando una soluzione , per la prima notte ci siamo arrangiati: in tre in un letto matrimoniale. Ci saremmo aspettati una veloce sistemazione... Ma abbiamo atteso il pomeriggio del giorno successivo per avere il posizionamento di una brandina pieghevole da campeggio (alta da terra circa 40 cm) senza però ricevere, anche se richiesta, la biancheria per il terzo occupante. La seconda sera abbiamo chiesto di cenare in struttura (e visto il disagio della prima sera ci saremmo aspettati un"accoglienza "riparatoria") ma ci è stato risposto che non c'era posto. Il giorno di checkout ho dovuto fare presente la situazione e mi è stata scontata (forse) la quota di un giorno di soggiorno su due del mio barboncino toy di 1 kg . In tutta sincerità mi sarei aspettato un comportamento diverso. La struttura merita ma forse una dose maggiore di cortesia non avrebbe guastato

Personalmente soddisfatta dell'hotel. Belle le piscine. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

La cena è stata soddisfacente. Il cameriere che serviva un po' burbero. La colazione ricca, ma anche qui il servizio non sempre è stato gentile con noi. Camera grande, senza frigo bar.

Cons:

Il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato, lo scarico aveva una piccola perdita e la vasca per fare la doccia era molto alta. Dubito che una persona anziana riuscisse ad entrarci.

Pros:

Sicuramente l'acqua termale è il punto di forza della struttura, offrono lezioni di fitness in acqua per passare il tempo.
Ma la struttura merita una svecchiata, le camere caldissima anche con il riscaldamento spento soffocanti.
La zona carina, ben servita.

Cons:

Stanze troppo calde.struttura datata sembra si fare un tuffo nel passato

Ero stata in questa struttura molti anni fa e la ricordavo con grande piacere, purtroppo però la recente esperienza mi ha fatto notevolmente ricredere. Probabilmente saremo stati sfortunati, ma troppa ressa per la dimensione delle piscine e dei bocchettoni presenti. Acqua fredda e bocchettoni non funzionanti. Tutte le sdraio occupate da teli e nessun controllo per permettere a tutti di rilassarsi.
Cena mediocre. La struttura è rimasta invariata rispetto a molti anni fa, sarebbe da rimodernare, soprattutto perché i prezzi comunque non sono bassi.
