Disappointing for the amount we paid
Pros:

Really not meet standards of Hyatt from staff to food and other things. It didn't meet our expectations from Hyatt

Cons:

Staff the most at the front desk. You guys need some more and polite people at the desk. Except the one who was there on Saturday morning.

Pros:

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Centrally located near the convention center, Disneyland and restaurants. Yesenia and Verenice were awesome hosts; they were extremely friendly and attentive .

Great stay everything was amazing. Would recommend to others.
Pros:

Everything was great from the rooms to the staff as well as the breakfast. Definitely would book here again. My family loved staying here. The rooms are very modern & clean with a good view. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was always friendly.

Cons:

I guess the only thing I’d complain about was how small the pool area is. Other than that everything else was great.
