We had an outstanding experience from start to finish at Hyatt Place Anaheim. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations—from the genuinely exceptional service to the clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained rooms that made it easy to relax after long workdays.

A special shout‑out goes to Verenice, Cherine, Yesenia, and Oswaldo, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. They went above and beyond to make our work trip not only seamless, but genuinely enjoyable. Their hospitality made a lasting impression, and it’s because of them that this stay stood out as one of our best.

We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

A Must Stay
Pros:

Great location, super close to the convention center We were able to check in as soon as we got to the hotel and everyone was warm and friendly. The breakfast choices were fantastic and our room was very spacious and clean.

Best hotel customer service
Pros:

We came here for a convention for our stay and the front desk staff has been one of the best ive had at a hotel. They are very friendly and help especially Vernice, whenever I had a problem she worked on correcting it especially when our room was booked incorrectly by the hyatts call center. I was very appreciative towards the kindness hwr and everyone shown. They are very attentive to their guests and treat them more than just another number that comes in the door. I will definetly choose to stay here when I come back.

Comfy Beds and Free Breakfast
Pros:

The most comfy beds are waiting for you when you return from a long day of 30k steps in the park. The hot coffee and breakfast is nice too. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a moderately price hotel with free breakfast and a good location if you want to walk to the parks.

Ubicacion muy conveniente, confortable y agradable.
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y variado, las habitaciones impecables, comodas muy agradable, lujoso y conveniente hotel.

Cons:

El colchon estaba un poco blando, siento que el tamaño de la cama era queen y no king, lo comprobe por que la siguiente noche cambie de hotel a uno con cama king también, y en este mi esposo mi hijo y yo estuvimos mas comodos (espacio) en comparación de la noche anterior.

Ok, but I would go back to the Sheraton nearby.
Pros:

Room was nice size. Meet minimum expectations.

Cons:

Fridge was dirty. Room layout was poor. I got I the bigger room for the sofa and kitchen area, but that area was so poorly laid out, it was not worth it and wasn’t used. Cleanliness was not enough.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. I picked a room that was oversized -- two queen beds plus also a separate sitting area and desk. So worth it. I had a great place to work, with a separate wonderful place to sleep. ALSO: the hotel team is just great. Super warm and helpful and out-of-their-way kind.
