Honestly not much good things I can say about this property
Where do I start. The room was dirty, shower was disgusting. Got put into an accessible room on the first floor near a window facing the main road. The shades doesn’t work major safety issue considering its location. As someone who travels often and likes to do video reviews for hotels, this was not a good one. The shower was disgusting and counter was dirty. Included breakfast was a plus until you see that every plate was dirty from the clean pile. Just nasty, and a major safety issue for people with food allergies. I asked the staff worker at breakfast bar a question regarding berries and cross contamination with other allergens and she said “ I don’t know” and walked away. Floors were dirty, hotel needs friendlier and compassionate employees. Front desk dude was nice. But everything else was horrible. We’ve stayed in many hotels in the area and this is one we won’t be returning to

The room was spacious, modern and very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Right next to Anaheim Convention Center and a few blocks from Disneyland. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again soon.
It would be nice if there was complimentary drip coffee/tea service in the lobby 24/7. The coffee in the room was not great and they only give one packet of creamer and one sugar, but the coffee is very strong. It actually made me feel ill for most of the day after drinking it.

I loved the breakfast, the location, the quaint little bar, and I loved the staff. Specifically Melissa she was so sweet and knowledgeable.

The property was good and comfortable. Staff was amazing and polite, when I went downstairs to heat up leftover food they immediately helped me out and offered plates for us to use. Also the air conditioning worked well and fast. The room got cold in no time when we switched it on!
Our only flaws was an issue with the water temperature in the shower, the faucet either released extremely hot or extremely cold water and while I showered the hot setting suddenly turned cold. We did not speak to staff about this since we had already settled into the room and were only staying one night. Another issue we had with the room that was more of a minor annoyance was that the tv only had regular channels to watch and not a tv with apps for streaming sites. Not a huge deal but we would have preferred the freedom to watch what we likedinstead of settling for whatever was on tv.
Size of the rooms. Great location to visit Disney. Good value for money.
