Ok, but I would go back to the Sheraton nearby.
Pros:

Room was nice size. Meet minimum expectations.

Cons:

Fridge was dirty. Room layout was poor. I got I the bigger room for the sofa and kitchen area, but that area was so poorly laid out, it was not worth it and wasn’t used. Cleanliness was not enough.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. I picked a room that was oversized -- two queen beds plus also a separate sitting area and desk. So worth it. I had a great place to work, with a separate wonderful place to sleep. ALSO: the hotel team is just great. Super warm and helpful and out-of-their-way kind.

Consistent, good experience
Pros:

Great Hyatt location! Being close to Disneyland they are a high volume location. The amazing thing is they have honed in and are a great location that does all the little things right. Excellent front desk staff, attentive and quick at follow through on requests, clean, good breakfast. I was very impressed with the consistency of all they did. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Great staff, but parking fee is insane
Pros:

The Good:
The staff were friendly and clearly experienced with families, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. They were also very responsive—requests like a baby crib or help with the heater/AC panel were handled quickly and efficiently. The room itself was spacious and clean, which added to the overall comfort. Another plus was the elevators—we never had to wait long, even when the hotel seemed close to full capacity.

The Not-So-Good:
The $50 per night parking fee felt excessive, especially considering there were no available spots at night. The breakfast spread was fairly minimal and could use more variety. Overall, the hotel felt a bit pricey for what is essentially a basic accommodation.

Worst experience ever you guys need to hire people with better customer service that know how to do their job!
Pros:

By far the worst customer service I experienced to check in by the white bald guy in the front desk!

Cons:

Bad customer service got charged double when I had already fully paid online!

Pros:

This hotel is in a nice location, a short walk to the convention center. There's a shortcut in the parking lot to walk there so you don't have to be on the sidewalk of the street the whole time. It's also kitty corner from the Toy Story Disneyland parking lot, so you can catch the Disney shuttle.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was plentiful. The only bummer about Hyatt Place is that the microwave is only available in the lobby, not in your room. But there is a minifridge in the room. Because it's by Disneyland, there is lots of Disney decor and Disney playing on the TV in the lobby. There are always a lot of people going in and out of the lobby. There is also an outdoor heated pool.

We stayed here for a few nights, and it was quite comfortable. Price is moderate considering it's near Disneyland.

Lovely experience!
Pros:

Clean, professional and amazing location. WE loved Yesenia who made us fabulous Moscow mules to wrap up our Disney days. Front desk was extremely helpful when I made a mistake on my online booking. We will probably always stay here for our future Disney trips!

Everything was easy to find, parking and front entrance.

It was bit of a wait time but only because it was a holiday so I believe it comes with that, besides that it was awesome.
