Pros:

The staff were very helpful and nice. Location was good to walk to Riksmuseum and other tourist locations.

Cons:

The only bad thing I could say is that my single room was small, but yet the bed was comfortable and everything was so clean.

Pros:

Lovely hotel! I really enjoyed its close proximity to the museums, as well as nearby subway and tram stations. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. The staff were kind and helpful, and the lobby had a very cozy atmosphere. Bonus points for the very friendly cat named Basil!

Quiet hotel in good location
Pros:

Quiet, clean and kind staff. Great location, 30 min walking front city center. Nice cafes around, a big park, and a lot of public transports. Also very easy to be reached from the airport by bus.

Cons:

Expensive for a single room with no breakfast included.

Personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner plutôt bon

Cons:

Le tarif, beaucoup trop cher pour une chambre très classique et un peu vieillotte mais semble correspondre aux tarifs pratiqués dans la ville.

Great staff, but the rooms could use an update
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better — getting there from the airport was effortless with the direct and affordable bus connection, and it was incredibly easy to reach every part of the city from there.

Cons:

The building has a charming, older character, though the rooms could benefit from a bit of updating. The shower could have been better, as the water pressure was quite low. Considering the price, I had expected a few more complimentary products.
