Zona di Ximending
Pros:

L’hotel è in una posizione perfetta, vicino alla metro ( in meno di un ora eravamo in aeroporto ) e vicino alla zona del mercato Xinending con negozi ristoranti bancarelle. La stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario

Cons:

La nostra stanza era senza finestre ma per stare 3 notti e visitare Taipei non è stato un grosso problema

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Ximending, one of Taipei's most vibrant and convenient neighborhoods, and it was an amazing experience. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the action. I could easily explore all the shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, making it ideal for anyone who loves being in the center of everything.

One of the standout features of the hotel was the airport pick-up service. After a long flight, it was such a relief to have a smooth and comfortable transfer straight to the hotel.

The front desk staff was also top-notch. They were incredibly knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and even providing tips on how to get around the city. Their level of service truly made the stay feel more personalized and special.

Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the front desk could assist with arranging gifts and souvenirs. It was convenient to order local treats and souvenirs without having to leave the hotel. I also appreciated that they helped me with breakfast reservations, though it's an additional fee. It was still a great way to start the day with a convenient and tasty meal.

Pros:

The lady on reception was very pretty.

The room was cool and had a nice view. When I wanted my room cleaned it was cleaned and when I asked for towels I was giving them.

You have everything you need close by and the MRT is only a 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard to sleep on.

員工態度差勁，工作人員的工作未落實，卻要客人再次前往處理，更有疑似刷退要求改匯款等規避信用卡刷卡手續費的行為。

We had a pleasant stay! 🫶
Pros:

The room was clean, the facilities were okay. The staff were all friendly and speaks english. The location was great because its few walks away from night markets, food stalls/restaurants, and shops. We were at the 9th floor so we didn’t hear the busy streets.

Cons:

I don’t know if this is normal but when we did the self check-in (because we arrived at the hotel 4AM), we also had to put the VAT number of the hotel, that we didn’t know. And they didn’t have someone from the reception that time. So it took a long while for us to complete it. 😅

So so. Will not choose this hotel next time
Pros:

The location is good. With 5 minutes walk to the night market and about 10 minutes walk to the train station

Cons:

They don’t provide housekeeping service to clean up and tidy up the beds and room over my 4 nights stay. They only change the towels and clear the rubbish.
