Es un precioso hotel familiar con una ubicación perfecta para conocer Chiang Mai.
La atención fue excelente, el personal es muy amable.
Un hotel muy cómodo, bonito, y super limpio. Lo recomiendo.

The location was great. It's right at the north gate so easy to get around or for a grab to come get you.
Staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They are on site until 6pm and then there is a lovely older man who stays as security overnight in case anything is needed. Upon arrival, they already had the AC in my room started knowing I was on my way and it was super hot out, showed me a map around town, gave advice on things to do and where to go. They also were proactive in notifying guests about things out of their control and providing solutions. There was some construction behind my room that they were worried about and they provided me with earplugs in my room in case it was needed (I didn't) and offered masks on this one day there were fumes outside (rooms not affected). The room was also stocked with water and welcome snacks which was lovely. Also, I was fully participating in Songkran so didn't mind but I appreciated that they sent communication to guests through booking to let us know about the impacts of Songkran in front of the building. It's little things like this that make a great stay. There are also 2 cafes right out front which was convenient for the mornings I had early starts for tours. If I'm ever back in Chiang Mai I would absolutely stay again.

Waar moet ik beginnen. Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Le Canal Boutique house. Ten eerste werden wij heel warm ontvangen door de receptionist. Hij legde ons alles goed uit en gaf veel tips over Chiang Mai. Het is een familie bedrijf en dat voel je aan alles. De gastvrijheid, de vriendelijkheid en de zorgzaamheid. Elke dag werden we vriendelijk begroet en een kort praatje over onze dag en eventueel meer tips of de gelegenheid om vragen te stellen. Beneden bij het hotel zit het intown cafe waar je heerlijke koffie kunt krijgen en ontbijten voor redelijke prijzen en uitstekende service. Le Canal Boutique House zit dichtbij de sunday night market en dat was echt een leuke ervaring! De ligging is goed. Je bent op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.

De kamers werden goed schoon gehouden en je kunt gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke woonkamer. Dit hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren.

Wij kwamen erg vroeg aan in Chiang Mai omdat we met de nachttrein waren gekomen en zouden pas 2 uur kunnen inchecken maar omdat de andere gasten eerder waren uitgecheckt heeft het personeel de kamer zo snel mogelijk in orde gemaakt zodat we konden uitrusten. Dat was erg lief!
Wij komen zeker terug. Het is een fantastische ervaring dat je ergens kunt verblijven wat voelt als een thuis .

Personal extremadamente amable! Buena ubicación y mucha comodidad. Al llegar, habían varios snacks gratuitos, tapones para los oídos, gorro de ducha y otros. También hay televisión con YouTube.

Sehr sehr coole Unterkunft! Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Hotel sehr serviceorientiert. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich nett, hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig! Nichts war zu viel und wir wurden immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Es war sehr familiär.
Die Lage in Chiang Mai ist toll, so dass man die Altstadt fußläufig erkunden kann.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, dort ein Zimmer zu buchen!

Small family run business, lovely view of the canal and Gate wall , close to everything you need and want. Easy step out your door for some lovely cafes and bars or jump in a tuk tuk and head off to view some fantastic temples.

Rundum perfekt! Das Personal gibt sich wirklich Mühe und man merkt direkt, dass sie mehr als nur die Übernachtungen verkaufen wollen. Sie geben Tipps und vermitteln Ausflüge

櫃檯人員友善，房間乾淨，地點很好。樓下兩家咖啡廳，附近有按摩店、711，叫車也都容易好找。 北門夜市也離的很近！

I had a really lovely stay here. The room and overall atmosphere of the hotel were beautiful and very comfortable.

There are also two nice cafés/restaurants downstairs where you can have breakfast or grab a meal, which was super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is great as well, it’s close to many beautiful temples, and it was easy to get to other key spots around the city. Plus, there’s an amazing jazz bar just a minute away, which was such a nice bonus.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

All staff are amazing, the cleaning lady and the security guard especially, so kind and nice. Great location, great value for money.
