Nos dieron un apartamento q el baño era para minusválidos y fue un desastre porque no había sitio para poder dejar las cosas y a parte resbalaba muchísimo. Y estaba bastante mal, y los enchufes casi sueltos. Me queje pidiendo un cambio a ser posible al bloque nuevo o a otro q el baño fuese normal y me comentaron q era imposible q estaba lleno, cosa q me pareció fatal ya q yo lo tenía reservado y pagado desde el día 06/05/25 y los días q estuvimos allí vimos como entraba gente nueva y les daban alojamiento en donde yo solicité. Por esa parte muy mal!!.
La calefacción hacía mucho ruido. Y los canales de la tele no había nada de habla hispana ni nada.
Las indicaciones del plan de emergencia están en inglés, al menos lo podrían poner en varios idiomas, por si acaso. Tampoco había ningún tipo explicación si por ejemplo querías poner la lavadora, lavaplatos o secadora.
Y ya por último, el día que llegamos el chico de recepción, tampoco nos ayudó mucho, porque solo nos dio las tarjetas y ya está.

Disappointing at the least.

The apartment is in a good location.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment for myself and a colleague. What we were given was a one bedroom apartment with two double beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the living area.

The advertising as shown in the picture illustrates that the two large double beds is in fact in two bedrooms but the booking confirmation is worded very vaguely, so at first glance it looks like you’ve secured a two-bedroom, but in reality, it does not clearly specify this, which feels misleading. I can't even cross check if an error was made my side as the booking email do not state what you actually selected.

When we raised this at check-in, we were told the building was full and there was no option to move us that night. The only solution offered was to move us to a two-bedroom apartment the following day, which didn’t help the first night of our stay.

My colleague was forced to sleep on a sofa bed that was uncomfortable and really dirty, which is not acceptable when a two-bedroom apartment was, I believe booked and paid for.

There was no proactive communication after siggesting they move us to a two bedroom apartment the following day (not worth it for a two night stay), no apology, no compensation or refund offered and no real attempt to resolve the issue properly

I want to stress that I am genuinely passionate about hospitality and know of its challenges so I do not leave negative reviews lightly at all. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of ownership or customer care is what made this disappointing. For that reason, I really think future guests should seriously consider alternative accommodation as this is very average and expensive for what it is.

If you do wish to book, I would recommend: Being extremely clear about what you are actually booking
Getting written confirmation of “two separate bedrooms and not relying on the description alone

This could have been handled much better and I wouldn't stay again
