Pros:

Location! Easy access for wheelchair (my husband is disabled) with plenty of sidewalk. The ease of parking, checking in, and checking out. Staff are polite and helpful. The apartment is (surprisingly) very quite and sound proof with plenty of room to move around. Lots of great restaurants close by, walking distance and Uber eats approved.

Cons:

My husband has a Medical Marijuana Card, but it's not allowed to smoke in the apartment - even on the balcony. If that was allowed, this place would be perfect.

Pros:

No Breakfast, good location

Cons:

Squeaky doors, no water pressure in one bathroom, no place to put any toiletries in the shower. Pool was small and looked dirty. Could not make ice in the room. Everything felt "cheap"

Mükemmel lokasyon, otelin kendi otoparkı var. Odalar geniş.

Cons:

Klima odanın içinde. Çalıştığında çok ses çıkartıyor. İki oda tek banyo var. Balkon var ama balkonda bile sigara içilmiyor :(

The entire building is water damaged and moldy
Cons:

The whole building is water damaged and moldy. I had a severe health reaction within an hour of check-in. Found visible mold behind the sofa and mildewed wall staining throughout the unit and in the hallways. I reported it immediately and vacated the property first thing the next morning. Management denied it and refused to offer a reasonable resolution. Three months later, we are in still in an active dispute process.

Would absolutely not recommend.

Great location but buildings are getting a little tired in places
Pros:

Location is great just a 5 minute walk to the Miami Mover train and 10 minutes to central Brickell. Good safe parking area, We stopped here 2 years ago and it is just looking a bit tired in places with bits here and there needing maintenance.
Really good size for a 1 bed apartment with 2 toilets. Handy pool in the main block and a nice roof terrace in block 2 the new Wi Fi was introduced while we were there and the internet tv and fire stick became very strong. lifts very fast and large. They changed the name from Roami to Habbitat residence while we were there Feb 26 so maybe things are changing.

Cons:

Our room safe was broken and the desk told us they were being removed which was a future concern, our bath had no working stopper and neither did the kitchen sinks, there were a lot of chipped floor tiles throughout the apartment. The room had 3 different lighting zones but clearly there had been an issue and even with 3 switches they only worked from one switch with all zones on or off together making it uncomfortable to watch tv at night without every light on.
There was an awful chemical smell daily from both lifts that was quite overpowering.

I would never book or stay at that hotel.
Pros:

No breakfast, not the apartment I expected. I was very disappointed and I didn't feel like the apartment met my expectations.

Cons:

The bed, the entire apartment. It wasn't a place I would rent. It did not look clean, and it was a handicap apartment. The bed was lumpy. We were too tired to look for another place also we were dependent of ubers.

Pros:

L appartement est très bien situé et très bien (à part la vue du balcon sur l immeuble). Super roof top. Personnel très réactif. Nous avons bcp aimé et reviendrons ici si nous revenons à miami. Huile sel poivre sopalin, tout est présent ds l appartement et c est tres appréciable. Belle surface, top !

Cons:

Le balcon qui donne sur l immeuble et est minuscule mais le roof top compense largement !
