- оснащение номера: чайник с ложками и чаем, путеводитель по городу и окрестностям, две бутылки воды, утюг с гладильной доской; в ванной качественное мыло для рук, гель для душа и шампунь, лосьон для тела, зубной набор(!) и даже расчёска - всё отличного качества, тапочки и халат, чтобы чувствовать себя совершенно как дома.
- на верхнем этаже финская сауна с классным видом на город, хамам, джакузи
- Wi-Fi шустрый, дали пароли для двух устройств
Что бы хотелось улучшить - что-нибудь сделать со светом, может быть поставить светильник на стол, потому что работать за столом темновато или усилить основной свет; немного непривычно расположение выключателей)
До центра города недалеко даже пешком, район довольно тихий.
Отель очень понравился, он позволяет почувствовать себя как дома, благодаря очень детально продуманному оснащению.

Very poor service. Staff barely speaks English.
Russian Style Hotel with big rooms but bad breakfast.
Breakfast is served only until 10. So if you come from Europe you will have to wake up very early if you want a coffee. For 5min it was closed and they didn’t even offer me a coffee and laughed in my face instead.
I will try not to come to this hotel again.

Хороший отель, район вообще супер. Рядом старая добрая Самара, набережная и пр. Внутри всё удобно и без проблем. Но. Ребята, такой завтрак при такой общей атмосфере отеля - это стыдоба. Сухой хлеб, скудность выбора.. С этим нужно что-то делать.
В остальном всё супер. Если над завтраками поработают, то вообще станут одним из лучших отелей на Волге.

Güzel otel ve konumu çok güzel, odalar temiz. Fakat kahvaltısı çok zayıf.

Excellent staff. Nice and cordial all the time. Not a Russian speaker but they really tried to be of service. First night super easy to register and check in. Nice room, nice bed (a bit on the hard side but it's new, so...) and nice temperature. I would certainly graded it 5 if there were not problems with hot water. I guess being new and all means some problems with boilers and stuff, but three days stay and three days no hot water unless calling reception to fix it is something to pay attention too. Other that that, everything super nice. Great staff, great service, great coffee (at the bar, not the coffee maker in the restaurant haha). definitely will be back and will recommend.

1 night stay! The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with nice furniture and plenty of space. I was not allowed to go in the room before the check in time (2 pm on the dot). The breakfast was ok, but the coffee was horrible (colored water).

One thing can summarise all: Returning to hotel at the afternoon after work, I've been informed that restaurant was closed. Looking at my frustration (I didn't had the courage to search for other options) they opened it just for me. On top of that, great dinner was served and one guy started to play the piano (with me ofc as the only customer.

Two night stay for business. Top floor suite was very quiet and comfortable. Modern bath. Balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast offerings were OK. This was first trip to Samara, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I got a last minute cheap deal here after walking outof my previous hotel in disgust, and this was a wonderful welcome. Excellent staff, very friendly and rofessional at the same time. The room and bed are very good. The bathroom is spotless and new. The room has a TV, minibar and wifi, but no kettle, as advertised on the website. Extensive breakfast, good location.
