Freundliches Personal, sehr schöne moderne Einrichtung ,alles sehr sauber und ordentlich man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und das Bad war sehr schön und alles neu. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Abendessen gute tschechische Hausmannskost.

Vynikající hotel v centru Františkových Lázní
Pros:

Neuvěřitelně ochotný personál, vynikající snídaně (míchaná vejce, čerstvé palačinky a lívance, uzeniny, sýry, grilovaná zelenina, ovoce, zelenina a další, na požádání mi ochotně udělali volská oka), možnost parkování přímo u hotelu za 100 kč na den, k dispozici bazén, sauna, solná jeskyně. Prakticky v centru Františkových lázní a za rozumnou cenu.

Nejlepší recepční na světě :)
Pros:

Byli jsme jen na jednu noc a navíc jsme zapomněli plavky, takže bohužel nemůžu hodnotit wellness prostory. Postel měla nezvykle tvrdou matraci, což může někomu vadit, ale my to preferujeme, takže velká spokojenost se spánkem!

Snídaně úplně v pořádku, čokoládový mousse se nevidí úplně všude, mňam mňam.

Soukromé parkování v pohodě za slušnou cenu i pro naše větší auto.

Největší poklad tohoto hotelu je však nejúžasnější RECEPČNÍ, to nemá cenu vyprávět, to si musíte zažít. Úsměvy, ta energie, vtip - zkrátka ženská jako řemen :)

Samozřejmě jméno nevím :D Tak děkujeme alespoň noční recepční sl. Zuzce.
