We stayed at Charisma Oia for our 20th wedding anniversary, and we just wanted to say thank you for an unforgettable stay. The atmosphere was amazing, and a huge thank you goes to all the staff and the manager for going above and beyond to make our time there so special. Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about Charisma Suites. Room was cleaned twice a day by what seemed to be cleaning ninjas. We never saw them but seemed like our room was clean any time we returned. Food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had the prosciutto pizza 3 times, and the gnocchi was incredible. Service was amazing from start to end. Also very easy to get wherever you need to go on the island with their private drivers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Breathtaking views- wonderful service- sunset toast. Be prepared to walk lots of steps and be good with directions. It was difficult to remember how to get to the pool- but we had a small one on our balcony. Vertical hotel that zigs and zags - like all of the hotels built into the cliff

Our stay was magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, supportive and there every step of the way. They were very welcoming (we stayed in the honeymoon suite) and it was perfect, just as advertised. The room had a pool that was warm throughout the day, the room as good AC and wifi. The best part is it is very quiet in this area and the best hotel for to view the sunset. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from everything. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and well planned, helped get our day started. They even offer to pick you up and take you to the airport. We are definitely coming back to Oia and will stay at Charisma Suites. We had an unforgettable experience.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary in Santorini and our stay at Charisma Suites was a big part of what made the trip so memorable. The property and rooms are stunning - amazing views, especially at sunset, private pool, luxurious and well appointed suite with a lot of thoughtful design touches. Breakfast, served on the balcony each morning, was delicious. Being located right in Oia, we took lots of walks through the village for sightseeing and shopping, came back to the room to rest and relax by the pool, and then went back out again for dinner and drinks. The Charisma staff are incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We also appreciated that there is a parking lot right next to the property, and that made it easy to rent a car for a couple of days (booked with help from the staff) and easily get in and out to explore other parts of the island like Fira, Imerovigli and Pyrgos. All in all, we had a dream stay and would love to go back someday!

This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! We stayed in room 32 and I would highly recommend it. The views were spectacular. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, especially the guy who brought our breakfast everyday. We will definitely be returning.
