Een aanrader voor iedereen.
Pros:

Je wordt vriendelijk en warm onthaald. Naast het hotel is een koffiewinkel gelegen. Perfect om in de ochtend een kopje (ijs)koffie of thee te halen. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en betrokken bij de gasten. Vanuit het hotel zijn er door de medewerkers een aantal dagtripjes geregeld voor ons. Ook de taxi rit naar de vervolgbestemming werd uitstekend onderzocht en geregeld voor ons. Het is heel fijn dat dit soort zaken door de lokale inwoners wordt geregeld, deze weten toch net iets meer dan wij als buitenstaanders. Al met al zeer tevreden over dit hotel en het vriendelijke personeel. Mocht ik ooit weer in Chiang Mai verblijven dan wordt het zeker weer bij de Peaberry Boutique Hotel. Een 10/10.

Would recommend but beware of the super hard beds
Pros:

Location was good on the outskirts of the old city. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The cafe downstairs was tasty, and you get a coupon for coffee and breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were hard as rocks. :-( We asked for mattress pads, but they only had a few, and it was uncomfortable. This was the only downside.

Nettes Boutiquehotel, aber laut
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles kleines Kaffee mit leckerem Frühstück, sehr sauber

Cons:

Betten bretthart, Lage direkt an der inneren Ringstraße und daher sehr laut, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen und sind in ein ruhiges Hotel im Zentrum der Altstadt umgezogen

Pros:

Everything was brilliant. Our hosts were amazing - Sunisa and Nicha were so helpful and kind arranging trips for us, chatting and entertaining our young daughter. The room was spacious and very clean and the location great. Breakfast at the cafe also really good.

Khun Sunisa was really kind and hospitable. When my mom can’t climb too many stairs she arranged a smooth change for us

Very generous and kind staff with all smiles, makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable during our stay.

Cons:

Deluxe family room is next to the Main Street, so the bed near the front is a bit noisy.

A charming boutique gem with incredible personalized service, a perfect location, and the best resident cat!
Pros:

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, but what really makes it special is the staff. Sunisa went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience; she was incredibly proactive, reaching out with personalized recommendations for local attractions and marketplaces that aligned perfectly with my interests. Having a cute, friendly resident cat on the premises added such a warm, homey touch! Plus, having the cafe right next door for a delicious morning coffee and lunch was the ultimate convenience.

Cons:

Nothing, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, good location on the outer edge of the old town. Would stay again for sure!
Pros:

The staff was so lovely and helpful the room was quite spacious and we really enjoyed the bathtub.

Cons:

The mattress was very hard. HOWEVER, I found out after night three that I could get a mattress topper which made it just right. A suggestion for the team-let guests know during check in that toppers are available. The staff was so helpful once they knew I was suffering with the mattress.
