Heck yeah HeyHa
Pros:

I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.

The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.

The neighborhood was a little outside the city, but fine if you don't mind walking, and it's easy to grab tuk tuks or red cars into the city during the day. There were plenty of convenience stores and street food stands right nearby, including delicious crepes. There weren't many tourists around, but tons of Thai people riding around on motorbikes, so I would say it's a great way to see genuine Thai city life.

I would definitely stay here again! I hope to come back during November to see the Loi Krathong festival (as suggested by the hosts) :)

服務良好環境整齊的民宿
Pros:

Amazing place
Pros:

We stayed at heyha 4 nights and I can totally say that this place is amazing. The building is recently constructed with a very modern and unique design. Our room was quite basic but the important things were all perfect: clean room, comfortable and large bed, good WiFi connection, powerful and hot shower and good a/c. The place seems very safe, the first floor is open to the street with hotel scooter, HiFi and TV reachable from outside nobody touched anything.

Tee, the owner, is an amazing guy. He help us in our activity planning without forcing us to do anything in particular, he also advised us about some great restaurant around the city.

Only downside is the distance from city center and the fact that the place is located in a non touristic area, however free bike and cheap scooter are available so no problem with reaching the city.

The heyha was one of the best bargain of our Thailand trip. If we ever return in Chiang mai we will choose heyha again. Absolutely recommend

Best Guesthouse on my Thailand trip. Hands down.
Pros:

Excellent. The couple that runs HeyHa are amazing, kind, and very knowledgeable about Chiang Mai. Guesthouse is modern, clean, and funky. It's a bit hard to find as Google Maps has it located wrong. For the taxi, write out the address. If they don't know where it is, have them call. Guesthouse is not in the Old City but the overall experience is worth it to stay there. It's a great place to meet other travellers who aren't the usual twenty-something grubby backpackers that are getting drunk for the first time. Excellent for solo or couple travellers. The rooms facing the street can be noisy but the host will happily move you if there is a free room. This was hands down the best place I stayed during my one month trip of Thailand. I would definitely recommended it and stay there again. Also, host has a new scooter to rent if you need one.
